While stupid I wouldn't be surprised if its a gated community where not anyone can just drive in. Also I'm sure some of her YT money (her parents are probably on payroll for doing various things like recording and managing) went into it but her old place was far from shabby so they would have made quite a bit on the sale and its possible the bigger house cost less or about the same depending on the value of the land.
