He's slightly toned yes, not buff or anything. We were swooning because he looks better in that photo than in his other ones, because he looks like he's bulked up a bit and isn't so scrawny

I've watched some of his lets play videos for minecraft and stuff and he's sometimes topless, he still looks scrawny as hell. Now I hatr really muscly and bulky guys like Thor guy grom the movie but I love the guy who plays Loki because he's lean yet has muscles and abs to die for!
