Zappos

Has anyone shopped online at Zappos? I want to shop there sometime, but I want to hear different opinions from people on this website.

I LOVE Zappos, I have bought the majority of my shoes there. I never order overnight shipping or two day shipping but always recieve my items the next day or in two days. :) The shipping is also free, so even better. I purchase clothing and bathing suits on there too!
They have amazing customer service also, my mother ordered the wrong size and she sent them back no questions asked and got the right size. It took like 3 days to process her order and send them back.
