I used to follow Healthnut Nutrition for a while. I appreciated her balanced approach to food and wellness, but I've been really disappointed over the last few years. She's really gone over to the "natural" side, promoting essential oils and "natural" skincare and cleaning products. Just because you can't pronounce an ingredient doesn't make it bad, and conventional beauty products have preservatives in them to actually keep them safe to use.
Then she got pregnant, and has been nonstop with the mommy content along with some recipes. What really has irked me though is how she has put her daughter, now a toddler, front and centre on YouTube and Instagram. This recent post really bothered me ... the images speak for themselves.
