How often do you change your bed sheets

Hi,

I am from Australia and living in a small apartment and I am workaholics as I only came to home to sleep. On Sunday I was able to discover that I haven't changed my bedding set for over 6 months a I have Queen bed ,Is it normal that period of time or how often people usually change there sheets
