This is so nit-picky but that's my specialty. At 16:52 in her NYC vlog she's walking around the Jacqueline Onassis Reservoir the literal wrong way. I lost it when I saw that because I live blocks from there and my fiancé and I absolutely rip on the dumb tourists walking the wrong way. When I tell you I snorted at that clip

Her time is NYC was just so….odd?? She basically just ate GF food, clips of her hotel room, clips of backstage, clips of her walking around. I’ve been to NYC a few times and there are so many amazing things to see and do that she completely missed!!! Also, the way she pronounced “Paris-Brest” made me laugh. She also ordered a bagel and was shocked that it didn’t automatically come with cream cheese (what?) but then was too scared to ask the cafe for cream cheese….how can you be a 25 year old put in the world travelling and be too scared to ask for cream cheese?? How is she going to be stay safe/be her own advocate/literally navigate the world as a nomad.

I’m also confused about how travelling is healthier for her, she literally said at one point all she had eaten was fried bread….

For someone so privileged to travel and be able to literally do it for work, you’d think she would put more effort into researching and planning. I guess this is just the chaotic era (sponsored by Seed!)….

This NYC vlog is like a sneak peek into what her nomad life is going to be like. Did anyone really see her eat a solid meal ? She woke up, had her seed probiotic, a bite of the bagel, a bite of the plain glazed donut, a Michelle Reed recommended coffee( which she didn’t even show, so who knows). Then she said she needs to prioritise REST (girl what about healthy meals?!). Comments that she’s “only had fried white bread the whole day, but when in New York you eat the things you wanna eat”. Apparently tastes the churros (also doesn’t show herself taking a bite).

Next day, wakes up, wears the $400 top and goes straight to that gf bakery and takes a single bite out of everything. Has seafood for dinner.

Third day, wakes up, asks her frans that also have chronic illness to STFU and not discuss her nomad life decision in the YouTube comments section and let her do what her body feels like doing. Complains about having to socialise with friends and family. Then has iced matcha.

Where is the food?! And do not tell me she ate real meals but didn’t film them- cause what else do you have to do as a lifestyle vlogger but film your food??

I know someone who got back from NYC yesterday and their food pictures were nothing short of spectacular across different cuisines (Italian, Korean, French, etc).

Michel went to NYC and all she had was variations of fried bread? Really? The most populated city in the US, and with plenty of certified gluten-free restaurants? She's now trying to make her living off boring ass travel vlogs, and this could've been a great opportunity for content about eating with Celiac in NYC. Especially since she has a nutrition degree. Jesus Christ on a bike.

I think she was very stressed in NY in general. It's not normal to evaluate to your scenic spots as a "high cortisol place". Really she just needs to settle down, marry a nice rich Christian man, and shop/decorate/yoga/lunch with the girls. She is not cut out for this. Also...what a waste of donuts. One bite of each, so ridiculous.

Seriously. Michel needs to accept that she's boring and stop trying to force this "rockstar girlfriend/nomad" lifestyle. It's okay to be boring. It's okay to stay home. I looooove XO, Macenna's content about staying home and renovating her Texas house. Michel can make content about decorating and trying coffee. It's clearly where she's the happiest... and healthiest. She's trying so hard to fit her life around Jordy and prove that she's "adventurous" that I fear she's going to make herself very, very sick.
