No I didn’t realize that she had Covid. I haven’t watched her recently. I thought she was taking time off because I looked for content recently and I hadn’t seen any. I had stopped looking for videos. I hope she’s doing better.

It kinda sucks but hearing she had Covid my first thought is her family like her brother and parents probably took care of the kids and her while she was sick. Turtle probably carried on doing whatever he does taking Sarah's car

I don't know anything about a bypass! She said she was going to get a consultation with a doc who specializes in plus size tummy tucks. She said she would do a more in depth video about it.

to me lap band and gastric bypass are the same stuff.
but what i don't get is aren't these procedures done after a certain amount of weight loss has happened? she has to figure out her food issues before she'll ever lose the weight.

she needs to fix her relationship with food first and foremost. our bodies do not need the massive amount of shit we shovel into it.

Yes she does. All she needs to do is look at how Alex Rodriquez can’t seem to lose weight after her second weight loss surgery
because it seems like she was able to take short cut on the pre-surgery weight loss and psych services. The way she still sees
food is still messed up. Sarah will be the same way if she doesn’t get the necessary psychological services to fix her skewed
relationship with food.

So she’s getting the plus size tummy tuck, lipo on her arms and tried to get her inner thighs done, but the dr said she’d have to come back for that because it’s not good to do it at the same time.

I say good for her, but also I could see her loving the results so much that she’ll go back for more. This is definitely going to change her audience and those that watch her BECAUSE she looks like them. But she said basically she doesn’t care, she’s doing what’s best for her.
