Have we ever seen her alter a pattern to account for the differences in her body caused by the scoliosis?
The corset pattern? The rest is probably adjusted during fittings. Sorry, I don't really remember her old videos that well.
She ended up making the corset symmetrical, Snappy Dragon’s scoliosis videos are more interesting, she drafts for each side of her body.

I wish she would just say “I make my own clothes because I can’t find anything in the shops that I like wearing”. Much like I wish she would just say “I don’t want to cut my hair because I like it long.” Or “I don’t care if it’s impractical, I just want a long skirt to sweep around in.” Like, take ownership of your decisions! Everything is always framed in such a way that she is implying she’s somehow victimized by the modern world. There’s a very obvious undercurrent of victimhood to her that has never appealed to me.
Yeah, i think this is what specifically bothers me. When she says these things they are totally reasonable things to say but for her they just don't ring true. Like the fabric buying. It's completely reasonable for expense to factor in to fabric purchases no matter how rich you are, but the truthful thing to say is "this isn't within budget so I'll be responsible and look for something else"/"I don't want to spend that much" rather than "i can't afford it".

That would actually be a useful skill to impart too; costing projects and budgeting your wardrobe in general

Looking at the picture she posted on Fb and Insta with that spinning wheel... Someone please tell the poor girl that it will definetly helps making it work, if she actually puts the driveband ON the wheel.
She probably won't listen cause she is the "expert" afterall, not to mention the flyer would be more useful if it was on the maidens
She has also said she doesn't look at any comments after...I can't remember if it's 1-2 or 24 hours after posting. So, she wouldn't see it anyway

I’m struggling through this newest video…

I can’t stand the pretentiousness or condescension from a couple of them

I made it through, and I actually didn't mind it too much. I like that she brought in people who have knowledge of things like C-dramas, K-dramas, etc. And I hope it's not offensive of me to say this but I kind of wish she had added subtitles for the Spanish guy, his accent was very strong and kind of hard to understand. For me at least.

They were actually a lot more forgiving than I thought they would be. Fear Street in particular, it's a super fun movie but the costumes were terrible for the 17th century. I love the Viking/medieval expert guy though, he seems fun.

I'm gonna predict that Bernadette is a lot harder on 19th and 20th century dramas. It's the field she knows the most about, and she's going to rip them to pieces.

Just a heads up, the video is captioned, if anyone else has this issue.

And so I cry sometimes when I'm lying in bed...Just to get it all out, what's in my head...And I, I am feeling a little peculiar...And so I wake in the morning and I step outside...And I take a deep breath and I get real high...And I scream from the top of my lungs..."What's going on?"...
