Twati Lost in the Lone Star State.

That NYT article this week was a real killer. She might as well go get lost in TX for awhile. Notice they picked a state that, like Washington, has no state income tax.

But she really is moving to reinvent and probably doesn’t like Seattle politics anymore and is going where she thinks she fits. And then the sun, going from LA to Seattle is one of the toughest moves to adjust to with loss of sunlight. I know she grew up there, but it’s hard on anyone to make that move, a lot of people can’t adjust to Seattle weather and be happy. And then 2 years of social lockdown on top of that. It’s depressing, I’m sure a lot of people are moving to sunny places now.

I can imagine she thinks of herself in the vein of HGTV and Food Network personae, that she’s more Texas white southerner than Seattle peace geek. The real reason she is moving is vanity in some way, shape or form, we can be sure of that.

Isn’t she freshly saved by Jesus? Surely she would be closer to him by moving to Texas. Do we even know where in Texas she is moving? Austin says one thing (shopping) and Dallas says another (more shopping and churches).

Me and my husband live in Austin and when we heard she was moving to Texas he guessed she would be moving to Dallas, not Austin. He was right. She just gives off Dallas vibes, Austin is younger and more liberal. Tati has progressively gotten more of a conservative, religious and wasp "mature" vibe.

Also did anybody else find it just slightly out of touch when she was complaining how she looked like a wreck because she forgot to leave shoes unpacked, so she was forced to wear Chanel army boots. The horrors, I mean how could you possibly live with yourself having to leave the house wearing $1600 designer shoes that are out of most average people's budgets

Her new place is outside Dallas and actually closer to Fort Worth in a town called Burleson, which is the hometown of Kelly Clarkson. I guess this post is the reason my brain has retained that useless fact for decades.
