Yeah this is a "hard" closure as opposed to a "soft" one. A soft closure would allow the site to have sold off the remaining merch to consumers. Instead, what usually happens in CA is liquidator companies come in and bid/buy everything from the fixtures to the product. Many of them have a presence on eBay so if you wanted a backup palette, just keep your eyes open in the next 6-9 months.

This type of closure is also faster in terms of getting the case done. Assets are liquidated fast and everyone paid out like a divorce.

I hate Tati's fans more than I hate her. They're bullies, they're everywhere, and even some tea channels are Tati stans. They're all crying now because they loved Tati's shitty products Listen, the Blendiful was just a cheap piece of sponge covered in fabric, nothing fancy, and it was apparently a pain in the butt to wash. The palette was an overpriced glittery mess made by basically Colourpop, maybe just buy a Colourpop mega palette for half the price. How dumb can a people be?

The glitter shades in the palette were NOT eye safe, and the palette probably did more than any other to end eye glitter trend posting on YouTube. Now there won’t be any company left to sue when people get eye damage. Rather interesting today’s post is "time to move on" for Tati, so she says, when earlier this week it was "I’m taking this [lawsuit] to the end." I wonder if James will go the same way.
