I know right! It boils my piss how Skincare poeple are so evangelical about sunscreen, it's like a weird religious cult. If you don't wear it they're ready to go out and hunt you down. What happened to "my body my choice"? I invest in Crypto but wouldn't dream shouting someone down who doesn't, with "have fun staying poor". Any skincare YouTuber, the comments will be along the lines of "you MUST wear sunscreen! No point having a skincare routine if you don't wear sunscreen!".....right, so there's no point me washing my face, might as well be covered in spots and dead skin? Obviously not. Are they all bots with an SPF line to sell?

I look at everything in life in terms of pros/cons - for me the cons outweigh the pros. I like being tanned, I don't care about sunspots or wrinkles when I'm older (old people are meant to be wrinkly....), not particularly bothered about the risk of skin cancer (statistically I'm gonna die of cancer anyway) and actually more worried about all the sunscreen particles ending up in the bloodstream for which there's no safety data yet/vitamin D deficiency which makes cancer MORE likely, live in a cold dark country with barely any sun, hate the greasy/sticky/silicone-y feel of sunscreens, don't want to spend the extra money, and don't want to have to wash my face in the evening to get that shit off.

We're all in skincare for a different reason - personally I enjoy the routine, the nice smells, the pretty packaging, and not having spots and blackheads. It's good for my mental health. The obsession with "but you must prevent aging!" - what's so shameful about aging? These SPF-preachers make you feel like a naughty child, when my choices don't affect them in the slightest.

I do agree with all of you saying all this business about sun, sunscreen is an obsession. In Spain we try not to sit in the sun around midday till around 4 as the sun is very strong then, but our bodies also need a llittle bit of sun, vitamin... I dont understand how she thinks looling like she rolls in butter every day is a good look... mind you, when she doesnt look greasy, her skin is grey, so i dont know what look is better...
i read in one of her videos someone commenting: for someone who is constantly applying sunscreen you look older than you are and your skin is grey... i thought it was very funny and i was waiting for the comment to be deleted but to my surprise, it wasnt!!
I also find her hair so boring... that pocahontas style is awful... and adding them pink earrings... My God... what was she thinking??? and her fans telling her how good she looks in pink... i just dont know if they are arselickers or just very sarcastic.
Another thing i notice is her flat always has the lights on. I am sure she doesnt even open de windows, definatly never open the blinds, just in case a bit of sun goes in...

She talks about what she calls "zoom dysphoria". According to her, there has been a rise in cosmetic surgery because people have been spending a lot of time on Zoom and think they are ugly. She also includes some platitudes about how "real beauty comes from within" towards the end.

I went to see the new Fast and Furious movie (don't) and I kept looking at jordana brewster's face and it just reminded me of Dr Dray. I haven't watched her in months but it doesn't seem like much is going on/changed.

I did search jordana brewster when I got home and she has been very open about her battle with an eating disorder. Her face is very small and so are her arms.
