This is why vlogging is such a weird thing. Like people worship the ground Annie walks on. But all she did was live her live online like she was on the Truman show. But imagine if they did that with the kids in their classes, it would creep them out. But somehow it’s normal to idolize other kids who live their lives online.

I guess some of them worship her cause they relate(d) to her and then she became an idol. I personally like Bratayley vlogs over most other if any other family channel. I mean I have My complaints about them, but i think Katie being the hype person that she is makes for entertaining content. They just seem more upbeat and chipper than other channels like Emma and Ellie and It’s R Life. To compare. I think that Emma and Ellie are slow paced, boring, it’s usually just Emma complaining about school or cheer and Ellie who never really complied to the whole vlogging thing and all she does anyways is sit on her computer playing Minecraft. And it’s R life family just seem like Bratayley wannabes. Kendal the mother wants to be a teenager so badly and she whines all the time and then sulks in some vanilla almond latte from Starbucks while her other kids get stereotypical pink drinks and despite living in south Florida, they act like they live in Beverly Hills. Not too mention their oldest daughter is a bore as well. They all just kinda have snooty attitudes.

Like comparing Annie to Evie, despite being close in age, yeah Annie is immature and annoying sometimes, from an entertainment perspective she is fun to watch. Plus Katie has no rules, let’s the girls buy whatever, do whatever, doesn’t care about school, and yeah for the girls real life future’s that’s scary, from a viewers perspective they are more entertaining than other family channels who still try to live normal and rational lives while still vlogging. But Bratayley is a fantasy world where money grows on trees, school is a forbidden word and activity, jumping off ledges into bean bags doesn’t result in being grounded, and eating postmates and chocolate chip cookies every night while checking off every movie on the Netflix Kids database and rules don’t apply. I mean That’s kid gold. As much as i think That family is screwed up, i am Envious of their lives. I wish I had That monstrous apartment that they were cursing and calling small by the time they moved out, with that city view and balcony. I wish I could make a living not having to wake up early everyday and going somewhere i only Kinda like. I can Easily see why kids are so obsessed with Annie. Her life is a magical land of freedom and luxury.

I drew that conclusion from the description of how Asher talks about working with her. But since he won’t putright say the girls not talented he would say something like they are creatively different... because The LeBlancs would probably black mail him if he dared to tarnish Annie’s career...

Like she gets you...how? In your humor? Your intelligence? Your creativity and work ethic? To me saying “she just gets me” is a sign of not a strong bond. And i get That they are teenagers. But there are teens who can have relationships deeper than Tik Tok and instagram photos.

He definitely seems interested in her. Moreso than Hayden. He seemed like a friend. But the way Asher over does it seems like either he is covering up for being gay or he really genuinely likes her. They are with each other practically everyday or at least when Annie posts stories, it’s only when he is around or she is in her car. She has no other things going on it seems. You have to like each other on some level to be around each other practically daily and sleeping in each other’s bed. There has to be something more than just using her unusually large following that is currently turning against her to boost his.

I don’t Ashannie ending any time soon. I get vibes that they both need/depend on each other. Do either of them have lives outside of each other? I’m not talking about careers cause it seems like Annie is t all that busy working on herself outside of him. But I mean do either of them post anything without the other? Does he have friends outside of her? We all know she cycles through friends like seasons. But what about him? I saw comments from the minions saying that he doesn’t hang out with other girls anymore because Annie won’t let him. Not sure it’s true, but it does line up with the accusations Hayden made about being friends with Kenzie and how she was so mad and told him he couldn’t talk to her. Annie gives off major control freak vibes. She manipulated everyone around her and I’m sure she is worse off camera. Asher doesn’t seem to be an alpha male at all, to the point where people are curious if he is gay (not that gay men can’t be dominant or alpha, i know Plenty of gay men and not all of them are sissy’s). He seems like he is easily coerced and convinced. The way he talks about her and how much she “gets him” and how he was with another girl when they filmed his music video and broke up with the girl to be with Annie cause he couldn’t stop thinking about her. But some good points made will be that they will break up by his birthday solely because bad press that an 18 year old dating a 15/16 year old is not a good look and bad for his career and if he is not willing to throw away his whole future for a girl who will lose interest when the next best thing comes along, then they will probably break up. Probably months before so it looks “organic” and not because of age. Other wise, it seems like they are each other’s only friend and that is a toxic trait she will probably develop. Isolating herself to only being friends with the guy she is dating. I hope he still has guy friends and things he does that don’t include Annie outside of career stuff.

I remember being around 16 when I realised I could like a guy without liking them romantically... I couldn't differentiate between friendship fondness and being romantically attracted to them.

I feel like there's prob some kind of genuine affection there but maybe not the kind they make it out to be. The whole set up gains Asher some adoring insta fans and in return, provides Annie some form of stable family situation.

I remember dating in high school. It was really innocent. Holding hands in the halls, pop kisses, cuddling at lunch and then we would hang out at the mall by our house on Friday nights. But those days we weren’t acting like little adults. We weren’t sleeping in each other’s beds or flying to other states to see them or being with them exclusively every single day. Especially in Annie and Asher’s case it seems like neither of them have an individual life outside of each other. Which is why I’m hesitant to compare my relationships at that age to now because even in 2005 they say we dressed, acted and did is so different from today’s kids. They be 14 years old out there dressing and looking and acting like they are college seniors. My prom photo’s were cringy in our chiffon dresses with all the glitter on it to what they wear now looking like they are going to the Academy Awards.

I’m not saying that they are mature beyond their years just cause they have good skin care routines and can do their makeup to not look like MiMi from The Drew Carrey Show and they dress grown up. But it seems like relationships in today’s youths are much more advanced than when i was 16.

I mean I don’t have any teens and i work primarily with elementary schoolers so iido if this behavior is normal for teens in today’s world or if this behavior is just an Instagram thing cause it’s just more for their followers to envy.

They said that HE stopped hanging out with his old cast mates. People claimed Annie said he couldn’t hang out with her friends. I know That she threw herself under the bus with that by claiming that she basically didn’t want Hayden talking to anyone but her especially Kenzie. What’s not attractive about an unemployed 40 year old man who exploited his kids for money and hangs out with teenagers?

Just realized something interesting (not saying it means anything).

The whole RYH, they didn’t sing LDYK, Billy did something to one of the moms fiasco and then the big break up with Hayden was March/April 2018.
