Most influencers who've had botox or fillers end up looking bloated and puffy, it never looks good. Is it because they're going to cheap places or they're getting it for free and it's not as good? I don't get it.

1. skin and body have individual reactions to fillers.
2. there are cheap and expensive fillers.
3. there are good and bad doctors.
4. the skin stretches a lot because of them and with bad dosages it will end up stretching so much that you will have to add more and more to keep it away from sagging. that's why the faces become puffier and puffier every time.

I think because they're transparent about it for the most part, there's nothing to stop them having too much too soon.

Think about it, a celeb is pictured how ever many times a year so if they want work done it has to be a little at a time so no one talks. They'll want to look as close to themselves as possible and maybe even have people around them advising them to do that. Look at how many celebs get work done and no one notices for years until you see the subtle change development in side by side pics.

Influencers (and us normal folk) are a little more about the transformation (!!!) and instant gratification. They will probably document the process and profit from the video/recommendations so they can go all out with what they get done.

Also, maybe it just is a low quality job with a lack of professionalism.

With the boom of fillers, so many people are wanting to capitalise on it and they might not have the client's bests interests at heart. Look at what happened to Sammi. She went in for one treatment and ended up having several on her first visit. Some she hadn't even thought of but was convinced she needed because her face didn't have the "perfect" golden ratio.

There is a video making the rounds on you tube about how long dermal fillers last.

They last years.Not months.

It's peoples perspective of their own face that makes them feel like the fillers have worn off when in fact they have just shifted in the face.

I am not against fillers etc, do as one pleases. But with caution.

In my humble option Sam did not need fillers. No. Not at all. I just hope she doesn't go over board.
