Oh great, another interview. I've never seen anything with Linda Hamilton but Arnold Schwarzenegger is generally pretty charismatic so it might not be too bad. It really says a lot about Jack's interviewing skills where it solely relies on who he's interviewing to make it good. Imo, his best one is still the first one he ever did with Ryan Reynolds playing the deadpool game. They had something to focus on instead of just questions and the content fitted with his channel and persona.

Anyway my suggestion for a new thread title:

I'm really not trying to criticise everything here, I promise, but I really don't understand why he keeps wanting to do all of these interviews - they all just seem so unrelated to the rest of the content on his channel. He's primarily a gaming channel - that's what people watch him for. Sure I love big movies and celebrities as much as anyone and I was a *big* fan of JSE for a while (back in the days of my 'youth' ), but I could really care less that they're in the same room together, because they're from two entirely separate worlds in my opinion.

What I think did worked pretty well were the interviews with Bryan Dechart - they just joked around and seemed to actually have a lot of fun, and they talked about the game that Sean had been playing on the channel beforehand.

Contrast to him asking arbitrary run of the mill questions to A-list celebrities about a movie, just doesn't do anything for me as a viewer - it seems too 'formal' and not very entertaining to watch honestly.

I'm also not saying that I don't like variety, I actually love it when YouTubers throw in something different, like a fun challenge or random collab! Sean's interviews just seem stiff and awkward. I wish for his sake he would do stuff that he would really enjoy and have a lot of fun with, not just get his manager to allow him to play journalist for a day so he can associate himself with bigger names.

Yeah I definitely think the Ryan Reynolds was the best of the 'celebrity' interviews - still awkward as hell but they talked about games at least, plus Ryan seems like a decent guy!

It's just me but I think it would be absolutely hilarious if in the future one of the celebrities pretended dead serious that he was also there for an interview, got annoyed that one of the chairs was on the wrong side and got annoyed that the interviewer was late and wasting ther time and just leave. It would also help if they invited jack to leave with them since the interviewer couldn't be bothered to show up to interview both of them, maybe that way he'll stick to games after all that is what he's known for.

Is it a kind of shitty approach yes, does it get the point across yes. He should stick to what he's good at and stop trying to pretend he's something he's not, he's not a professional journalist or interviewer so he should stop pretending to be one. I feel sorry for the people that got screwed over by this, imagine being the person who was supposed to interview *insert celebrity here* only to be told no that some YouTuber would be taking your place for no reason. How pissed off would you be at that?
