Decided to make an account after finding out her man is Dominican! I’m Hispanic myself, not Dominican. However, we all know Dominican men are trouble! They say it themselves! There’s literally tons of memes about them. They’re womanizers, who look for any opportunity to get free things, especially if they find a woman willing to pay for their things.
I have tons of Dominican friends, men and women, who have either shown their “true intentions” when it comes to relationships, or have talked about what their intentions are. It’s known that Dominican men are major flirts as well. I’m surprised that he’s with her, because they tend to go for women who look like the Kardashians. He probably found that she can -and is willing to- give him anything he wants. I know this relationship won’t be forever. He’ll get tired of her and find someone else.

Eww, can we not stereotype a whole group of people like that?

Yeah as much as I hate Alex and think she’s found another dud, I wouldn’t go classifying his entire country as the same. It’s like saying all American women are chubby morons that are desperate for love because she is. Or that all Australian women are bitches because I am.

I'm confused by that pool fence. The pool is still totally open to anyone stepping outside from the house, so I don't see how the fence prevents a small child from falling in which I think is the whole point? Also, she could have done a screen type of fence like you commonly see in Florida. This solid white thing will feel closed in and could potentially block some sunlight on the tall privacy fence side. Again, her mother clearly gave her no advice. Maybe Nancy has only rented apartments and has no clue about home ownership?

Also, I think it's safe to say the boyfriend is an American despite being born in DR or having his whole family from there. He is clearly an assimilated, culturally American person so we don't need to ascribe every Dominican stereotype to him...yet .
