James used his dying mother's property to use as collateral to get mortgages! That is the lowest of the low - this guy should be in jail! Him and Tati were crying on camera when his mother passed away. His own sister says he is a master manipulator and career conman !

I remember way back when I first started watching her channel, that something strange about the way they spoke about Lames' mother in a video once that had my Spidey sense tingling. I picked up that his mother didn't seem to care for Tanya. The tone of their voices also gave away tension between his mother and the two of them. It had something to do with them postponing the wedding. Tanya sounded pretty salty about it.
