I tried this procedure several years ago. I always had problems with my weight starting from teenage years and natural ways for losing it like diets and physical exercises weren't too effective for me. In my case it's smth also connected with hormones as my doc explained me so after years I started to think about some additional ways of solving this problem, I mean various body modification procedures :(
Among all of them I decided to try coolsculpting as a non-surgical and the safest one. Specialists use for it freezing which with the help of a special item helps to reduce your amount of fat. It's a localized procedure for reducing the body shape, in my case I used it for stomach and hips, I had several sessions for the better results. It's not a very expensive one, however the general price will depend on the amount of sessions which you need for your body...
There are many places where you can make it it, in my case I made it here mediluxe.ca/en/ and can recommend this place. Coolsculpting was really effective for me but if you make it without diet or physical exercises support for future, you'll gain all that kilos again very fast. And yeah, fat can even increase in other body areas so coolsculpting is a good solution only as an additional way for loosing weight.
What means nothing for you, means everything for me (c)
