it's a fact that vitamin d is necessary for the body. that's why people who hide from it and slather all that shit to "protect" themselves actually harm themselves more.

you need the sun to live. do you need to bake in it 24/7 nah... but you do need to be in it.

Lol what? People who wear SPF and don't go tanning are absolutely not worse off than those who don't. Being in the sun or tanning bed unprotected is not the only way to absorb Vitamin D, however it certainly IS the most harmful way. Sam is full of shit on this, like most other things she drones on about.

you can absorb it through diet, but the sun is the best way. i'm not saying she's correct in what she's saying.. just that 10-15 minutes of sun exposure a day is healthy. there have been studies done on this as well. i didn't say they were worse off. i said that slathering on spf and avoiding the sun altogether causes harm as well.

sam is an idiot. each person has different needs and nothing is a cure all. SADS are a thing, and the sun helps. babies that get rashes on their bum, 10 minutes in the sun clears it right up.

Her original IG account supposedly has some kind of bot thing that auto removes her followers in large chunks. It's been going on for some time now, she says, and the peeps at Instagram aren't interested in fixing it. I would suppose it's f'ing with her money, so she's trying to start over with a new account. She's not framing it like that, of course, but rather saying she's going to post different things on the new one. So far, not so new and different.

right? if she was gaining instead of losing she'd be rethinking a lot right now. and wow, what a boring 34 minutes i'll never get back. she was just rambling, literally nothing interesting mentioned at any point. like you said, obsessing over herself in a mirror in video form. which seems like a lot of her talky videos these days (or, for a long time now)
