I understand that intermittent fasting can be effective/healthy in some circumstances but I really hope that Marissa doesn't start encouraging people to fast without providing the appropriate information about it.

Speaking of abandoned projects, I find it hilarious how the featured video on her channel is her Pinterest IRL series from three years ago that she gave up after two videos.QueenOfSlayton wrote: ↑Mon May 13, 2019 4:58 pmOh cool, she’s starting a new “healthy body project”. Which means that she will just show us her plastic-laden groceries a few more times, wear workout clothes all the time, hula hoop on camera, and then abandon the project entirely a week later.
My favorite quote from her new video: “I got five shots of espresso, because mama didn’t raise no quitter” LOL HOW RICH, CONSIDERING YOU QUIT EVERYTHING

Yes to this. What bugs me most about Marissa is that she literally never does her own research on any of the nonsense she spews. Her typical explanation for why she eats/promotes certain foods is that #medicalmedium says so She has all the time in the world to actually provide meaningful, thorough, practical content to people on her platforms and yet she continues to vlog and post ueseless garbage on her Youtube and IG stories. Also, love her humble bragging/self righteousness about her *omg so healthy* lifestyle in her latest vlog, when she says "medical medium suggests 16oz of celery juice a day, but I personally do double that because that's what feels good in my body" Or when she says she eats an apple a day, but then goes back to say she actually eats like 3 a day if she's being honest. If she were ever to write a health e-book or something, her tips would be something like: "I eat lotz of bananas because they are anti-viRaL or something? Idk MediCaL mEdiUm says so. Also cilantro for the heavy metal det0x duh".FloppityFlopFlop wrote: ↑Mon May 13, 2019 6:08 pmI understand that intermittent fasting can be effective/healthy in some circumstances but I really hope that Marissa doesn't start encouraging people to fast without providing the appropriate information about it.
I can't get over her dumbass comments on Instagram. In The Balanced Blonde's IG post on nature and healing, Marissa sounds like Trump with her comment that makes absolutely no sense. Did she never learn grammar in school? Does she not know how to write a sentence that makes sense? I just cannot

It's her wannabe try hard attempt at copying her 'friend' Aleksandra's style. Marissa can't even do a good job at copying other people's style or looking put together, even when brand's send her clothing and shit for free. She does not wear clothes that well and does not have any consistent style or vibe; and this has nothing to do with her body shape or size. She's just so lazy in seemingly every area of her life.QueenOfSlayton wrote: ↑Mon May 13, 2019 5:16 pmAlso, Ihateto be this petty but what the fuck is that shirt she is wearing? "This hummus is seriously my favorite. There's no oil in it, I really love adding it to mashed potatoes to make them really creamy. I really love making all my potato dishes with this because there's no oil but it helps make things really creamy."
WE GET IT, you love the hummus because there's no oil and it makes things creamy. How many ways do you need to say it?!

Her "style" can be described in eight words: "unwashed red romper everyday with occasional burlap sack."

Lol, what the actual hoot is that?
How delusional and privileged can a single person be to publicly state that chronic illness is caused by everyone's own, wrong behavior and that you just need to go on a walk to heal it? This is incredibly stupid and enraging and really shows that those people never had to deal with real and serious illnesses.

Let’s be real, if these people are willing to be friends with an idiot like Marissa, I guarantee that they’re all just as stupid, privileged, and delusional as she is. I mean, have you heard Britt from Elevate the Globe speak?? It seems so fake and rehearsed to me.
Btw, you don’t get lyme from “being out of alignment “, jackass— you get it from tick bites.

Re: Marissa
I guess her “project intuitive body” is inspired by Sarah’s day project comeback since she made a couple of sezzy references and now she is asking for what videos people wanna see for her project series. I sure hope nobody waisted their time responding she isn’t going to stick to it what so ever. At least Sezzy is serious and comes through with content and she has a newborn. Marissa does nothing all day and still can’t deliver.latinasweetie4444 wrote: ↑Yes I would love people like To go to all my specialists and explain that I just need to heal my soul and manifest and I'll be ok....*throat punch*NoName0 wrote:latinasweetie4444 wrote: ↑Off topic I'm sorryquitstressinmeowt wrote:Yes to this. A lot of these people are type-a control freaks so it's not surprising that they try to act like they have way more control over things that they do. Marissa is not really that way but Jordan definitely is. Marissa doesn't really fit in with a lot of the wellness community, they're all nuts but in different ways than she is lol

Re: Marissa "She Believed She Could But She Didn't" Lace
I'm sure Marissa wishes she was more type A and disciplined but she honestly lacks those qualities and has hardly put any effort to change anything about herself. She just jumps from one bandwagon or trend to the next. One month it's sex goddess relationship expert, the next it's manifestation qween, and then it's #medicalmedium celery juice 24/7 lyfe. Honestly what the fuck is her brand even? She is so inconsistent in all areas of her life. She is a phony that is trying so hard to fit in with the wellness and spiritual 'influencers'. What happened to her stupid crystal shop? Honestly that was the only thing she's done that could have worked since she had automatic 'customers' from her social media followers, but Marissa managed to fuck that up too She has gotta be one of the laziest people I've ever seen.Chloe_Bean wrote: ↑Wed May 15, 2019 8:42 amA lot of these people are type-a control freaks so it's not surprising that they try to act like they have way more control over things that they do. I wonder if, in the WeLlNeSs lIgHtWoRkEr CoMmUnITy, comparing ounces of celery juice is like comparing dick size. They're probably all out there sending unsolicited celery juice pics, like "look at this...30 ounces."

Re: Marissa "She Believed She Could But She Didn't" Lace
^Yep, Marissa does everything for the 'gram. If she doesn't take a picture of her celery juice everyday and hashtag #medicalmedium and mention how many ounces she drinks, does it even count? She is like a child, wanting praise and a gold star for doing the most basic things. Except she is a grown ass 26 year old ADULT. She does so little everyday that even she is impressed with herself when she uploads her once monthly videos or when she uploads a podcast. That is her only job!
Re: Marissa "She Believed She Could But She Didn't" Lace
I listened to most of Marissa's podcast titled "Boundaries Vs Building Walls // Conscious dating + Choosing LOVE over FEAR"
She kept citing this example of not attending a wedding bc you don't want to run into your ex. She says that if it's causing you anxiety then don't go.
hmmmm...do we think our sweet sweet friend is talking about Alex's wedding? We know her and Noah are also friends.
Marissa would lose her shit to see Noah there with his cute, normal, WORKING girlfriend.

I feel like she would totally lose her shit, but I don’t see her missing it. We know how far up Aleksandra’s ass she is. I think she’ll try to bring a date and if she can’t find a man to go with her then maybeee she won’t attend.
Can’t wait to see the picture Noah posts of him and his cute girlfriend!

Omg, she’s going to try SO hard to find date. I can’t wait to see how it goes.
