To be fair, I’m pretty convinced that she still had a cheat day. She just does not always film it. Plus, she can’t even taste test foods like that if it’s not "her cheat day"

She puts more effort now though because she changes clothes but we all know she just filmed them on the same day.

she said she moved closer to miami beach for school in her latest youtube and that shes not doing cheat days anymore and that megan mccollum is doing her macros LOL. why does she need to follow macros if she doesn't have an ED anymore? Why can't she just eat food and do life? its clear her workouts are centered around burning as many calories as she can but sure, recovered.
