Can someone tell me what the frack is going on with him? His video was so weird. Why can’t he just say what happened?? And I couldn’t watch it all.

He knew exactly what he was doing, he just wanted to instigate. Then once people started firing back it was "I didn't say anything, just asked a question." Either he's learning manipulation from Peter, or they just deserve each other.
