“I should've listened 2 my 12 year old but i don't want 2 take it off EVER!!!Only had it since Saturday , il buy another but will HAVE to take it off when I wash up/shower etc..want it 2 last FOREVER. #IFAMFOREVER @officialsboodle @SInghamOfficial @Chris_Delonge @InghamFamily”
Have you contacted officialsboodle ? I put a tweet up this morning asking if any ones wrist band had started to rub away. X
No I haven't I thought cos I don't take mine off and my hands r for ever in water...maybe it need 2 b an engraved but that prob would b more expensive xx
Hmmm yea I’m the same... only taken it of when in the shower or bath. Surprised how quickly the writing has come away. I’ve only had mine since last Friday”
“It's my own fault tho..I shouldn't of put that on a tweet..I feel like I'm being negative instead of positive! I feel awful...I love all ur Merch..this is self conflicted...that's y I posted it xx”
Standard reply from company that make the tat.
“Thank u so much for replying..I'm not a negative person at all and I hope I didn't come across like that..I just didn't want 2 take it off hehehhehe it's still on my wrist..I'm not taking it off xx”
This continues to someone saying they have an engraved bracelet for “help the hero’s” and it looks like this tat is viewed in the same light as a help the hero’s wrist band
I’ve never EVER seen anyone apologetic for receiving faulty goods. And actually scared to get in touch about it. This is such a toxic community the little ifam have going on.
Now i know us Brits don`t like to complain ,but that`s ridiculous!Do we really believe that`s come from a mother "of a 12 year old"? My middle daughter has suffered alot with bulimia ,and a company brought out necklaces/bracelets etc with encouraging words engraved on them.Said daughter said she`d really like one ,and could we get it for Christmas?I checked them over ,and they looked (from the picture anyway
) to be nice looking and well made.
ok so to cut this short ,she chose two meaningful words on two bracelets(one word/one bracelet).Anyhow ,cut to these arriving.I was horrified! Tat doesn`t even come close ,though comparing these with the Ingham cr*p ,they were!I showed them to my D who was bitterly disappointed ,but agreed they`d never last ,nor look nice to wear,Fortunately i paid via paypal (worth looking into ifam!) ,i leant my lesson years ago and never have any truck with them.
As expected i heard nothing from the company concerned ,even after plastering their rubbish on facebook! Paypal refunded my money and said they`d deal with the company concerned.End of.I`m both amazed these people will fork out so much cash for items not worth displaying in poundland ,but to then APOLOGISE because they`ve received something inferior! There are no words.C&S must be rubbing their grubby mitts with glee! They`ve said they chose the design and over saw the materials used ,so ,now they can`t respond to a buyer?!!Oh dear dear me!!They`ve obviously never heard the expession "Never bite the hand that feeds you"! Karma has got to be coming their way ,and soon!
