I don’t really think she is a private person. She is n awkward person more like— she wants to be normal and have what she is “supposed” to have for her age and “status” but she knows she doesn’t have it or has it in a forced way; so for example, she didn’t have a proper wedding because nothing worked out normally or flowed normally (she was fatter thnshe wanted, her body shape wouldn’t let her wear a pretty dress, Nick didn’t want to get married in the first place so she chose to get married quick before he took it back, plus how embarrassing to throw the whole wedding thing and have no friends to invite over, etc so it was best not to have it at all.Calilove21 wrote:She is a pretty private person, no big wedding, no wedding photos, no explanation of relationship status until much later a quick vlog of how the marriage went down... but if she complained about TSC for photoshopping then she’d probably say something if there was another girl? Even though I dislike her personality and the way she treats people (people in general, her parents, her husband, her only friend Ron, her subbies, etc) I do feel for her. She is so not where she’d like to be and desperately trying to conform to the standards established for women like her, trying to be pretty, thin, successful, etc Even her saying she is traditional interma of gender roles is so contradictory to what she genuinely is— she is brusque, awkward, unkind, unaffectionate, offensive, b*tchy, etc
