I think one time in a vlog and now two times on Instagram, that she liked Estees video or feed and stuff like that. Maybe searching for a new friend Zoe?

Yes I was noticing this too! Estee and Zoe are two OGs so I find it weird that Zoe is just now suddenly zoning in on Estee of all people. Back in the day I could've seen them maybe clicking, but not anymore.

I wonder if she’s trying to grow the brown back out? If she wanted to go back to dark brown, she just needs someone to color match and do the rest of the hair. I hate that grown out look. Sorry, but it looks straight up like trailer trash hair. Ugh

Regardless, she should have either left it up in the pony she obviously had before, or passed a flat iron over the indentations to fix it.

Well, it was filmed on the day she wore her hair in that huge comb over low ugly ponytail that made her look like an eight year old boy with the Mr Big shirt and the striped pants.
I’m actually grateful she wore her hair down for the video.... but yeah, a little ironing would have reaaally helped.
I thought she looked great in the skirt and black top outfit though. She could look so so elegant and put together and just overall nice.

If all you see are your bosses going in and out all day (or only in the office once a week or less), not prioritizing the real work and focusing on nothing but the “fun” stuff, it creates a lot of resentment. It doesn’t matter what perks you have or how much you’re paid when you have to answer to overgrown children who know 1/100th of what you do. It creates a high turnover rate if you’re actually hiring the individuals that are capable of doing 99.9999999999% of the work.

You get that in a lot, if not most, office environments.

Yes you do, but with the majority of companies of the same caliber as the one A and Z are trying the build, there are at least several levels (either floors or employee tiers, take your pick) between you and the owners or CEO. You don’t necessarily see them strolling in to play basketball or take a yoga class twenty feet away from where you’re trying to put out a fire they started. That’s what I was getting at.
