Too Faced order from Nov never shipped

My mom placed an order from Too Faced on Nov 15 and it NEVER shipped. TF doesn't charge until it ships, so they haven't charged her; but it's so irritating! We live in country on the same coast on which Too Faced operates. Wtf?

you should complain on twitter. companies usually have a customer service account, and they tend to respond and get things done!

Thanks, I just tweeted at them! We'd tried calling and emailing earlier in the month to no avail :(. Hopefully the tweet gets their attention!
