Fitness gurus
What are your favorite fitness gurus, on YT or insta? I'm looking for people to follow, who know what they're talking about, so I don't have to double check everything they say or do.

Blogilates is more for home/bodyweight workouts. I also liked Fitness Blender for that.
The first vid I clicked on with Jen Heward, I saw her doing my favorite Smith machine exercises and thought, yeeaah. But then, the next one she was doing static stretches as a warm-up and hyper-extending her back on deadlifts...

Re: Fitness gurus
Fitnessblender are amazing! So positive and genuine, I worked out with them for the last 5 years and only now I am kind of ready to try some other stuff just for a bit of a change! So I am going to try the 30 day yoga with Adriene challenge and try and get back into running!
