I still want to know why her & Kahlani weren’t attested and charged with child pornography for that. There’s tons of stories of girls having their lives ruined because they simply took a pic and it was found on their own phone. M & K willingly filmed that and posted it. Why do they get a free pass? Disclaimer: I don’t agree with the idea of punishing them for it. I flashed plenty of guys on web cam chats when I was a preteen, but the fact that absolutely no one raised a fuss about it when there’s girls having their lives destroyed for less, really irks me.
She posted it on her Snapchat and didn’t realize it was public and not friends only. And it doesn’t matter if it was “sexual” - she was dancing around and flashing her tits as a minor. That’s child porn for normal folks. There’s been 10 / 11 year old girls who have had their lives destroyed because they took a selfie, never posted it anywhere, but their parents freaked out when they found it on their phone. So why is little miss celebrity allowed to take a video acting like a half dollar stripped and post it but not get reprimanded? And kahlani’s a lot older than her and TOOK the video so she would have been in more trouble if she was over 14.
