I am so pissed....the words I want to call this woman...if she's going to get a million more pets then they can never ever give another pet away again, they just can't. A pet isn't a temporary thing. Also in 5 years I hope they enjoy looking after 10 massive snakes, you know with all their not being able to retire and wanting 4 children. Keep spending that Patreon money tho. Holy fuck, you can really tell when Mary edits the vlogs because she doesn't adjust the audio volume correctly so the footage is super quiet while the background music is louder than all hell. Goddamn blew my ears off from the quiet footage audio to the ear rape outro music, and I wasn't even wearing earphones or anything *I listen with louder volumes because I have subtle hearing loss*

You'd think that from her past experience with editing, she would know how to adjust the audio but nooooooo. She even wears headphones when editing. What the fuck does she do? Keep it on little to no volume? Does she just stare at the muted footage while she reviews the final product? Like, honestly.

Where to begin there is SO much I want to say!

How I see this whole situation is that mary doesn't do much in her life because she simply never wanted to work.

Now she found this guy Ken, who had already way more money than he ever deserved, and thought it would be a great deal to get this hot girl to live with him. He didn't mind paying for all her stuff and basically make her live, because he could get easy sex with a pornstar looking girl, and get her fake boobs by the same occasion.

Mary in exchange has no job, but her job is to be a housewife. So cleaning , cooking etc.

The problem is that she is lazy as fuck. While some housewifes I know are extremely busy !! She just hangs out in the house and does nothing.

Let's think about it for a moment: you are a young, healthy woman with NOTHING to do all day. Not even a waitress job or something. You edit a couple of videos sometimes (very badly) , you make crappy food, and you hang out on twitter/Tumblr/YouTube...

What happens next? You get bored and you want a pet, and another one etc.

These two don't need money. 80k+ year only for patreon, not counting YouTube and twitch revenue. They just need to DO stuff with their life.

It's so insulting to see them begging for money when Mary could get a part time job AT LEAST. And then she wouldn't have that weird dépendance on Ken for money, so he could take care of the chores 50%.

Plus she wouldn't need to hoard animals like she does.

Ok also I want to adress the way she manipulates her fans.

It's funny because I'm reading a book right now about the illusions of the mind etc.

And in our everyday life we are all stimulated by so much information, we will usually stick to our first impressions on people and situations.

In rare occasions we will dig deep enough to find rational arguments and make a true opinion on someone (like we are all doing with Mary here) .

And even then! Sometimes it will take a lot of rational comments to finally see the true Colors of someone, if this person is reflecting an image of being kind/honest/sweet etc.

Mary is good at appearances and she believes in her own lies. This is how she is able to fool so many people.

Even when you shove evidence of her being a terrible person, she will deny it all.

You have to be a true sociopath and pathological liar to act like that. But it works, because most people would admit their faults.

She is a pet collector like Mary and every time I read here about Mary wanting/buying new pets I also think of Taylor. Apologies for posting this if I shouldn't have

Anyway, thanks for all the summaries and posts you are all great and even though I don't comment a lot I enjoy reading here. I can't stand to watch them anymore and sometimes even reading here about them pisses me off. The animal hoarding thing is just ridiculous. They have no respect for animals and it drives me insane.

It's also so obvious that they read here and copy what you all say. They don't try to hide it either. Like she really thinks we care if she comes on here and does what is suggested? How about this Mary, people keep suggesting you should learn how to be a decent human. Maybe follow that advice as well?

I usually just lurk here but after reading how mean and condescending she was to that guy I must post something. You know how she acts like she knows everything on earth about every animal? Like "omg! No ones that dumb to put a snake near a baby! I know everything already" I remember feeling sick seeing old pictures of her "fish tank" which was clearly a giant wine glass she FILLED with guppies and catfish. I have had guppies and I'm not a expert on any level like her but I'm preeeeety sure that's not a healthy environment for tropical fish. I bet they all died. 1. This post is gonna be me responding to the thread and things that have happened.

I mean, I love cats. A lot. But I also have ONE cat. I pour all my love and affection into that one cat. To have 10 cats is ludicrous. And if Mary was into cats instead of snakes, people would call her a crazy cat lady and deem it not cute. So why does having a snake pit seem like an exception to the rule that way?

Fellow crazy cat lady here... I had 4 cats once not by choice but because someone basically dumped them on me and the pound was going to put them down for being feral... that's the most cats I've ever had, and the most I'll ever have short of starting a rescue when I'm retired, obviously. I've never understood pet hoarders. I'd love to protect and feed ALL the cats in the world... but I'm also an adult. Animals need care. Care costs money. Even if I could afford taking care of 20 cats now, what if I can't in 5 years and they all have to go? It's called realism...

I have been in the Veterinary field as a Vet Technician ( like a nurse for animals) for almost 2 years, and had been in school for that for two years ( along with my own personal pet experience) and I can tell you I've noticed a few things that are quite bothersome. Welcome NaevysK thank you for all your insights, it's much appreciated and please keep sharing them! I have a theory about reptiles as pets... can you tell me if I'm way off or if I'm close? I THINK reptiles/snakes tend to show less obvious symptoms when something is medically wrong with them (not like a yelping dog or a limping cat) and so reptile owners would see vets less often than necessary... not intentionally but because it's just harder to spot there's something wrong with some reptiles? I have a feeling that's why people think reptiles are "more affordable"... when in reality I think maybe they just die in captivity more due to no treatment? Bad guess or good guess?

I had been avoiding bringing it up because ya know I'm all for people doing what they want to do and I could have read some things wrong because of all the legal terminology, but I actually did look up the ordinances concerning owning animals where they live and if I'm not mistaken you're not supposed to own any breed of constrictor because they're classified as "dangerous animals." I hate causing trouble but if they live in the county they say they do then they're not actually allowed to have constrictors

I'm all for owning a snake. I find them very therapeutic and they have personally helped me a lot with my mental health. That's ONE snake though, not 5 in tiny boxes. I don't see how you get any pleasure from keeping them like that.

Hi also welcome, and please if you see anything illegal happening with Mary and Ken, let me know... I have a pretty good idea on how to set the RSPCA on them if we truly have something concrete. This goes for everyone... if you see something that you know is cruelty to animals or against animal laws in Mississippi, say it loud and proud.

I mean not that the person she's arguing with is quite right in every single post in my opinion... but she's in full form. Acting like she's "trying to help a confused person learn" when she has been just as harsh to people and never learned or apologized properly - she is clearly just using one person who was being a bit of a Captain Obvious and used him as a punching bag because she normally has to restrain herself but when the other person "draws first blood" she can go all out with an excuse. I guess watching TV all day and trying to cling to Layla as much as possible isn't doing it.



Also on record she's saying she is still breastfeeding. So either she is lying... or she is eating wrong and it's affecting Layla. Both very possible.

- Ken lying in bed with Layla, smiling at her, trying to help her push up, appearing shockingly affectionate
- Mary asks Layla if she's going to roll over today; after all she better be a prodigy child
- More close-ups of Layla lying on her back and Ken and Mary giving random praise
- Mary edited yesterday's vlog while Ken laid in bed with Layla, now Ken is going to stream, busy busy busy
- Ken kills the wasp nest with soapy water. I wonder if Mary cried because all animals are precious babies?
- Mary put Layla in a "training to be Bat Girl" onesie because Nurd Gurls can't put their children in regular, affordable baby clothes
- We briefly see Betty and Boss outside; I guess Betty is outside permanently now too so it looks like a more casual decision on their end
- Boss tries to drink the soapy water. Can't tell for sure but his water bowl looks empty to me (see screenshot below).
- Ken shows the inside of the storm shelter; I'm confused, it's just one tiny room above ground, I thought it'd be a passage to a below ground shelter?
- Ken explained it's a big solid, hollow block of concrete that is anchored into the ground and that has passed state laws.

She didn't say she got EMOTIONAL thinking about the fact that one day Layla will be an adult... she got SAD that Layla will get bigger than she is. Le sigh.

Guys, maybe every family is just different, but if my baby videos (my parents rented cameras while I was a baby, LOL) contained footage of my mum just closing up on my face and going "good bubbles, bubba! look at how well you blink!" on and on and on I would kind of be like... mum you have issues? That doesn't sound affectionate that sounds desperate? But hey everyone's different.

That's something I've never thought about actually. The storm shelter. If there is a storm shelter there it's obviously needed, it wasn't built for funsies. In case they all need to run in there... Are they just going to leave the snakes lizards reptiles behind to potentially die in the house? Taking betty and boss would be easy because they're permanently outside because as mary said 'were keeping them separate because dogs have the urge to kill snakes'. Which is another reason you could not put them in the shelter together? So all of their reptiles have a high chance of death when a storm/earthquake /tornado rolls in.

Don't worry about multiple posting or separating the thread Amy, I personally love to see all of the posts and I'm guilty of double posting a lot too (I'm usually on my phone and it's tricky to edit posts from the app, the edit option sometimes disappears altogether).
