How interesting. I know that she got into deep shit with IQQU. To those that don't know. Her first; I'm a money grabbing, royal Cu*t business was IQQU. She told her customers that her products were FDA approved when in reality they weren't. Also I believe her products gave people some sort of chemical burn. However she sold the line when she could no longer take the heat.
Other than that I can't think of anything else she's done that would ignite a lawsuit. Maybe she broke a clause in her contract?

I highly doubt it's true. Take Birchbox as an example with over a million mailings a month and valuation of $750million similar to Ipsy, it did not turn profitable until 2016. According to Michelle Ipsy does not need marketing money as if it's their edge but Birchbox gets a lot of "free marketing" from youtubers as well.

There are numerous people with millions of followers in the social media. I won't consider her a success story in any way shape or form. I don't care if she's on Forbes under 30 list. She admits her income is less than their estimate. PhillipdeFranco responded to her lawsuits by saying they don't make much money out of youtube. Like how Nikkietutorials only made $40k from her TooFaced collaboration over a period of 9-month despite generating $9million in sales. Michelle talks incessantly about having so much money she can afford to take a year off. She never had a full time job because she couldn't get hired. Playing with makeup is not work. If you're part of a legit business you have the obligation to stay put. It's sad no one needs her around. If her business is honestly that lucrative any logical person would put in extra effort instead of leave while you're still young.
