She needs to go-to a dentist and a real dermatologist. How in the world does ones teeth get like that. Her hair and face are so oily. Why do people not invest in the money to see an actual doctor to help their skin and hair. Her teeth look like she smokes or has sever plaque build up. She needs to invest in a dental cleaning and an electric toothbrush. Maybe prescription tooth paste.

Off topic but i just read Hannah's memoir (which is fantastic) and it just further opened my eyes to how lazy Ingrid is. For all her talk what has she actually created besides videos and the jewellery line? Other creators have movies, books, Hannah created a whole volunteering initiative. And sure it doesnt work out but at least they have something theyve made. All Ingrid does is attach her name to things and call it a collab, and go on a spiel and get paid for it.

I'm seriously asking why at least a book hasnt happened yet. Sadly it just may be a combo of laziness and inflated self-ego. A horrible combination.

I usually avoid reading "celebrity"/YouTube memoirs, but I agree! Hannah's was way better than I expected it to be. She's a thoughtful person and clearly cares about using her story and the things she has experienced to help others in a meaningful way.

I'm also sort of surprised Ingrid hasn't done a book yet. That seems like a natural route for her—she has semi-regularly talked about books on her channel, she writes those long-winded and faux-deep Instagram captions, she clearly thinks she's insightful, etc. But she has relatively low engagement for the number of subscribers she has, right? So maybe agents/publishers are skeptical that what remains of her audience would actually bother to dish out $25+ for a book with her name on the cover? If she wrote/worked with a ghostwriter on a book that actually went into her childhood, the homophobia around her that she alluded to in her coming out video, her mom's illness, her dad's death, the relationships she had with guys before coming out, her time in New York that led to her publicly coming out, how her life has changed/improved since then, etc., that could be interesting and I would probably pick it up. But of course these YTer books are rarely willing to get truly introspective or go into detail about formative experiences. Not that all memoirs have to be huge, dramatic tell-alls, but if it just barely scratches the surface, it's not going to be compelling to readers. I suspect she would follow the Lily Pebbles/Anna Edit route instead by writing a book about a specific subject rather than a memoir, something that could potentially pull in an audience beyond her subscribers, and that it would just be insufferable nonsense about her brand of vague girl power/period/poop talk feminism.

I wanted to follow up here on the Jo Malone collab. I was able to order it after the weird site issue (where her entire page didn't appear) and when Ingrid announced that this would be the last chance "ever" to order. I really did order it for the scent combo since I fell in love with how both scents layered when I was in a Sephora last month, and this was the most cost-effective way to have these scents without spending like a hundred bucks.

Side note: I def recommend. I don't know if it's just for this specific product but you get both solid scents AND their refills. I thought that was pretty cool since most perfume is like, here it is one and done. That'll be extra for your refill.

What I thought was most interesting was what was on the card that made it "Ingrid's" as opposed to just a JM pairing. Apparently, her relationship is the idea behind the collab...

When Ingrid moved Eileen stayed in LA. She has some new assistant but Ingrid doesn’t show her as much as she showed Eileen.

Looks like Ingrid's Jo Malone collab wasn't particularly exclusive to her. Fleur de Force has a perfect pair as well with similar packaging and such. I wonder who will be next?

I think the collab was just an easy way for Jo Malone to use existing products and ride on the influencer train. Too bad Ingrid and Fleur arent as "influential" as they used to be.

Her content is so boring now and her views are embarrasingly low i am surprised she can afford the lifestyle she has now.

I am sick of her talking shit about being present on social media, specially when it's the job she picked.
She wants to be absent and inconsistent without judgement and come back only when she feels like... it but still wants to live off of it.

She is a major snooze. I haven’t watched videos, or looked at her instagram in years, but I came across this thread, and I was intrigued, so I looked at her Instagram, and she posted 10 different Instagram stories about her DOG.

She also comes across as one of those typical annoying millennials that thinks that they are so profound, but really don’t really contribute anything to society and are just plain lazy and are trying to make up for that by acting all smart but really no one respects them because they sound stupid.

She was cute when she was MissGlamorazzi back in 2012, and really loved what she did, but then she just got lazy and boring and became a major chameleon. When she came out of the closet in 2015, that was a real shocker, and she was crying in the video, but it just didn’t seem genuine. A lot of people were revealing that they were gay at that time, so she of course had to as well, and that’s when I quit watching her because her content sucked and her being gay just seemed attention seeking.

She was always a chameleon. With Luke, she was goofy, not obsessed with being healthy and was slightly nerdy and they did a huge toy charity. Then she dated Chris and she was all about the beach and being healthy and a coffee lover because he was a surfer, health nut and loved coffee. It was around then that I started not liking her as much anymore. When she came out, she made a total flip from girly to complete androgynous over night. She became this big feminist because she was dating Hanna Hart who is a feminist so she too became “feminist” and then she just started obsessing over lesbian sex and vaginas as a whole and it just was over the top and too much. Idk a lot of lesbians, but I don’t think that they are as obsessed with vagina’s and Ingrid. Then she started talking about periods and trying to make periods more mainstream and it just was weird. I don’t mind feminism, but she was over the top about it and i just couldn’t anymore. I have no idea what her content is anymore. Is she still even a lesbian? Was she ever? I don’t know. I always got chameleon vibes off her. But I relate to that in a small way as i can take on the qualities of those around me because I don’t have a very bold personality on my own.

NYC has so many opportunities for vloggers to create unique content but Ingrid doesn’t take advantage of any of it. Her videos are the same as they would be if she was still living in LA. I wonder if she’ll be wearing those threadup rompers on the nyc subways without shaving at all lmao

Its truly sad to see her trying to evolve herself so much that she is just making herself look worse. The haircut she has now is just HORRIBLE! It doesn't suit her at all. I used to also watch during the "Luke Era" and boy do i miss those days. I enjoyed watching her videos and actually liked her recommendations. Like others have said she seemed happier and maybe even herself? She seemed more natural and now she's trying soooo HARD to be a minimalist. Which i guess is the flavor of the month.

I think she’s an okay person, albeit fairly immature. I just think she’s so lost and is covering it up with these random personality changes. She is definitely someone who’d do better in a normal non internet job. It’s like she’s trying to force herself to enjoy being an influencer but it’s soooo obvious she’s over it (obvi still likes the dollars).
