Hey, long time lurker first time poster here ! Guess the boredom of quarantine is getting to me
I've followed this girl since she was so small - my first video I saw of hers was the one of her slagging off Tattoo Fixers which I actually liked because as someone who loves tattoos too I was sick of everyone making out like the ones on there were amazing. I did always think however, that she wasn't in any position to really comment as her horror sleeve wasn't the best, and let's not even get started on the ones on her thighs! Surprised none of you have mentioned them yet - I got a tattoo by a random drunk woman when I was 14 and very intoxicated (recovering addict here) and honestly its better than her thigh tattoos
Something else which has always annoyed me is her hair - it just completely lacks substance. Just because your hair is a bright colour doesn't automatically mean it looks nice and you can pull off quirky hairstyles and stuff, it literally looks like neon string hanging from her head. When she scrapes it back in them ridiculously tight space buns omg The lip fillers don't suit her at all and I feel like she only got them so she can say she has a 'body mod' that's more than just tattoos. Side note - if you can afford fillers, sort your fucking hair out ! Get extensions, stop straightening it, curl or wave it for some texture, get it cut in a style - idk literally anything.
I've always found her friendship with Yasmin weird too - not even joking, when I first started watching I was 100% thought they were a couple and actually thought it was quite cute, but when you realise they're just friends it becomes quite strange. Yasmin obviously dotes on her and I feel Lauren definitely uses her as a DUFF.
Anyway sorry for the huge post, look forward to discussing with you guys further ! X

omg also ... has anyone seen her recent tweet ? basically slagging kids off ... like i get she doesnt want to have children but why is she so horrible about them ?! its almost like shes got a personal vendetta against anyone who choose to have children and cares about them ! of course this is a sad and scary time for children who are too young to properly understand what's going on. 'they're at home living their best lives'?! children living their best lives is not being stuck inside unable to be in the outdoors exploring, playing, learning and socialising especially at key times in their development when learning social skills is important. so fucking ignorant and stupid.

I've noticed she keeps saying how much she would've loved having so much time off from school when she was a kid. Think about it, Lauren - you'd be stuck inside all the time still doing school work and not able to see your friends. It's not "yay no school!" I've all of a sudden got to homeschool my son and work from home and it is stressful as fuck. He misses his friends and WANTS to go to school lol

I think that tweet really proves what an uneducated, nasty and desperate try hard she really is.
If she opened her mind a little she’d see the bigger picture - kids are not at home ‘living their best lives’. Kids are confused. They’ve been pulled out of school with no mention of when they’ll see their friends, teachers again. They can’t go out. They’ll be listening to the news/adults talking about this killer disease. It’s a confusing and worrying time for children that have a normal, loving family.
But then you get the kids that are stuck with abusive parents, children living in poverty etc that don’t even have school as an escape or place to get fed anymore. Kids living in flats with no gardens to go outside in. Kids going hungry. That don’t have loving parents to hug them when they’re feeling scared.
I feel very fortunate that my kids have a stable home life, a big garden and parents that can support them through this. Not all kids are as lucky and if she stopped being such a desperate, entitled piece of shit and opened her eyes to what’s going on in the real world, she might see that not all kids are currently ‘living their best lives’.

I think so! But again it’s U.K. college from when your 16-18, only a two year course and it’s never super technical.

She's really not taking the quarantine thing seriously - why are so many youtubers doing this shit? Going back and forth to your boyfriend's place is not quarantining. You're not supposed to be visiting people you don't live with, and they're not supposed to be visiting you. She doesn't drive, so what is she doing, taking an Uber? Taking public transit? That's just further exposing yourself to other people who could possibly have it. Same with her going to Yasmin's and Yasmin going to her place. Stay the fuck home.

The vegetarian stuff really confused me too, she posted a pic of veggie nuggets on Twitter but then I scroll back a couple of days before and she’s talking about how much she misses McDonald’s. I’m guessing she’s quarantined veggie if her bf is veggie lol.

Also I find it interesting how she used to talk all the time about not drinking and all of a sudden she's more into it. Just seems like she's changing herself because she has a new bf which is always sad to see.

She's not staying in quarantine with him though, which is pissing me off. She's been back and forth to her own house, to visit Yasmin, etc. I can't deal with all these youtubers who are saying "stay home" yet they're clearly not practicing what they preach. You're not supposed to be hanging with people you don't live with - period.

omg yeah, the drinking ! I went through a period of choosing not to drink alcohol just because I wasn't keen on the feeling of it, but I didn't broadcast it to the world, unlike her literally making money off of a video talking about it. Does anyone actually know what her reason was for not drinking as I never actually watched it?
But how has she gone from that to acting like she's a full on heavy drinker posting about it constantly?!?! I drink again now occasionally, and literally no one even really know unless I end up going for a drink with them.
