How Is Your Diet Going? ::: A Public Diet Journal

I wanted to start a thread where everyone can just chime in on their diet from week to week, to help keep track and give each other tips and insight on dieting techniques.

Today ( and for the last few days ) I feel like I've been eating a lot more due to PMS. I become a garbage disposal. I've tried to combat this by eating high protein, lean foods and consciously drinking more water than usual by brewing a huge pot of decaffeinated tea.

All in all:

Coffee wi/creamer +honey
Scrambled eggs
4 slices of turkey bacon
Sprouted grain bread wi/ butter ( thinking about my breakfast makes my mouth water )

170 calorie protein shake
Banana wi/ cheese
Bowl of nuts and dried cranberries

Special K wi/ skim milk
Greek yogurt with honey

2 large cups of tea

+10 minutes if incline walking on the treadmill. I did 20 minutes yesterday, same diet pretty much.

I've been able to avoid sugar besides some biscotti that happened to be around but I still love me some honey in yogurt and in my coffee. Processed sugar is a diet killer for me ( along with enriched flour ) so I'm trying to kick it for good with a treat occasionally.
