As far as I can tell, Allie has taken her inspiration from a few girls, but the suitcase thing, the weather, Gossip Girl and the use of the Perfect Day song come from this one

It looks to me like the part where she is in front of the hotel with the pink trim is the Flamingo in the Wisconsin Dells, which I believe is pretty close to where she lives.
She probably just filmed this whole thing there which is an ironic expectation vs. reality in itself! (and and Hi! First time poster in this thread!)
