Forever 21 does have some nice clothes and accessories and I think if it was me I would have broken the look up into having pieces from them. I personally have only been in forever 21 with my 20 year old niece who was looking for some things and I think I might have bought a few tops from there because its geared towards the teens and young adults which I am not...hellyeah wrote:montrealgirl2014xo wrote:I just don't get why adult youtubers who are moms that don't go to school would want to create a back to school look? Sadly nothing Sam was showing would make me want to dress like that for school. She is far from her target range in that section and perhaps she should have stuck with a suggestion of fall looks for moms etc.
Back to school looks are for kids, high schoolers and university/colllege youtubers
That whole vlog was a disaster in my opinion
Pretty much all her items were from Forever 21. A store geared towards teens and young adults. At 30, I don't consider that a young adult anymore. A young adult IMO is 25 and under. And I'd say at 25 shopping at F21 is kinda pushing it. I think it's time to get a few things from there. I'm 34 and browse F21 but I'm not gonna make my entire outfit "F21 sweatshop cheap." I liked a few pieces she showed. But I mean, what she showed is her typical style. She also said it wasn't just for back to school but people that just wanted ideas. I'm sure she only said that after all the shit she got for even suggesting a "back to school" video.

Its too bad she could have gone so far with this look like others have mentioned.
