I find myself kind of depressed when I look at this number, it was only 7 months ago... and I have gained weight since then. Lots of stress combined with laziness led to overeating and an almost sedentary lifestyle.
I AM DETERMINED TO LOSE THIS WEIGHT AND KEEP IT OFF.
Blah okay I can't remember what my last weight update was, but I'm pretty sure the scale I was using is a piece of shit because I believe it said I was close to 145 or something like that. But my new scale says 170, but I'm the same size in jeans as I was when I lost weight last time, so WHO FUCKIN KNOWS. Anywho, joined a gym 'bout a week ago, trying out intermittent fasting, yada yada, starting over I guess haha.
I'm too scared to weigh myself now, but I'm going to use this page as a way to keep myself accountable. I'm going to credit myself $10 for every workout/gym session and at the end of 30 sessions, I'm going to go on a shopping spree!
I don't know what happened but during winter I gained weight that I must lose or at least transfor into muscles.
So CW - 97,5 lbs. or 44 kg.
GW - 86 lbs. or 39 kg.

Ffs I'm going for a holiday in dubai in 3 weeks & I know I'm gonna put on so much fucking weight from all the restaurants , carbs, breakfast buffets and cafes fml lol. I wanna get to 110 by June/July! Or sooner if possible
I don't know my precise weight because I have this irrational fear of going over 150 lbs, so as soon as I started getting on the chubby side, I began avoiding scales like the plague so that I don't have to know about it if I'm over that number. That said, I fit about the same in my clothes as I did when I was weighing around 145-150 at dr's appointments a few years ago, so I'm around 150. I've told myself I'll get on the scale after a month of intense dieting...I'm about to finish week 2.
Anyway! My ultimate goal weight would be about 105, but I don't think I could get there without developing some very unhealthy habits just knowing myself. Like I've been eating about 1000 calories a day to jumpstart my diet, and I could definitely get down to 105 if I made a permanent habit out of that, but you know, I probably shouldn't. Realistically, I think I'd be happy at 120. Maybe 125.

I was 115 two and a half years ago. I went up to 135 and I'm now 119, still heavier than I used to be. I will get down to 100 because I know I can do it.

Poor, naïve me.
Years after this post I became 51kg. Currently I'm fighting to reduce them and I have moderate success at 4kg. for 3 weeks.
So:
Previous weight: 51.6kg
Current weight: 47.5kg
Goal weight: 40kg
So I am a size 16 and I will get back down to a size 10. My weight there was around 160 and that is where I felt my best. I kinda just work out when I can because I work multiple jobs while going to school. I do have a Beachbody program I like to do that I don't have to leave my apt for
