Re: What's Your Style?
I'm mostly minimalistic. Most of my wardrobe is Acne, or just plain Zara lol. I typically dress kinda punk.. but then I'll carry a designer handbag. I'm big on juxtaposition with my outfits.
Re: What's Your Style?
Man, I go out and see so many girls who look so polished and put together and my outfits look so weird. I'm a retro/vintage/pinup enthusiast and I have many items like this in my closet, but unfortunately I'm not as consistent about it when it comes to the fashion part of it as I am with the hair and makeup. Sometimes I just feel overdressed wearing some of my circle dresses. So I can also be seen wearing men's t-shirts (I find their designs better) with peter pan collars. Also, a lot of DIY and refashioned stuff - t-shirts, jewelry, badges, etc. I'm a mess and jealous of everyone that looks put together and has a pattern. For some reason I've heard girls from my uni say they felt bad because I always had nice outfits and makeup/hair while they looked like hot messes and I've always told them, "No way you with your consistent cute style has ever looked worse than me in my wrinkled DIY Heisenberg t-shirt, boyfriend jeans and red lipstick". It sucks because I enjoy fashion way more than makeup, but I just can't figure it out.

Re: What's Your Style?
Lately I have been in a style rut mostly because I hate the trends at the moment
I love to shop mostly at consignment & thrift shops and occasionally at forever 21 or h&m. I usually love to draw inspiration from japanese fashion magazines. When I was younger I would mix trends with thrift finds but didnt have a clear sense of style. Im trying to develop my own style without beimg influenced so much by magazines or blogs

Re: What's Your Style?
My entire wardrobe is black except for a pink coat. I'm really into minimalism.

Re: What's Your Style?
During summer, I just live in maxi dresses or simple dresses just because they're so easy. I also have a few plain colored skirts that I pair with tanks and a jean jacket.
Other then that, I literally have like a few pair of black leggings, two pair of jeans, one pair of olive-green pants, and one pair of black pants. I pair it with simple colored tank tops, and I have like 4-5 jean jackets. The only jewellery I wear are my gold/diamond earrings I've had since I was little given to me by my grandma, and a pair of hoop earrings.
Lately, I've been really loving tank tops with prints on it. I recently ordered these three…

Re: What's Your Style?
I love clean lines, neutral colors like cream and blush pink, and feminine silhouettes. I try to find pieces that are classic yet have something unique about them. I also love shopping in vintage stores, I love the history that can be behind a certain clothing item... to me it's so much more interesting. I wear a lot of flowy tops, light coverups such as kimono jackets, and empire waist dresses. I'm obsessed with antique jewelry as well, I've been collecting pieces for years.
Re: What's Your Style?
might i suggest an app called weheartit? basically it's just a website full of photos that people have 'hearted' from different places on the internet, and you can browse through and 'heart' them too, or if you find stuff on other websites, you can 'heart' it and then it'll show up on weheartit. and on your own profile you can have different folder-type things called 'boards' where you can organize everything you've 'hearted'. i have one for fashion so i always refer to that if i'm feeling uninspired, and the best part is that the app barely takes up ANY space on my phone.VxnillxCupcxke wrote:I do the same too! I screenshot outfits on my iphone hoping to use them as inspirations but I always end up forgetting about them and then deleting it all to make space for new pictures because of lack of storage space!

Re: What's Your Style?
i tend to dress pretty girly. however, sometimes i prefer to stick with a t-shirt, skinny jeans, and converse. my style really depends on my mood.

Re: What's Your Style?
My style is just tight black dresses with heels or I can go very preppy/girly.
So gay I can't even think straight (;

Re: What's Your Style?
The best way that I can describe my style is a combination of girly, preppy, romantic, classic, a little boho, with an edge. It also depends on the season a little bit. I'm more girly during the spring/summer months but during fall/winter, I'm more on the edgier side. My leather jackets are like my children around that time.
I love lace/crochet, floral print, leopard print, zebra print, ruffles, studs/spikes, sequins, glitter, chevron print and polka dots.

Re: What's Your Style?
I'd say a mix of preppy, classic and laid back.

Re: What's Your Style?
I'd say my overall style is between cute and flirty, with a mix of street style. I don't care too much for current trends unless they're already in my wardrobe, or if I can find something similar for pennies at a thrift store.

Re: What's Your Style?
I am the same in that what I like and what I wear are two very different things. What I wear right now is anything that will not make me look/feel fat… (uk size 14 right now) I hate wearing anything that shows my arms and though i love the colour it's I hate the way pink looks on me….charlavail wrote:What I like and what I actually wear are two different things. I love the neutral chic look that a lot of models wear
I also love Bunny's style, I can't deny that.
However, I can't pull that off, I in no way feel comfortable in my own body. I want to lose about 20-25 more pounds (I've already lost about 10-15) I wear a lot of baggy t-shirts with leggings. partly for that reason. Also because I don't really care about my appearance right now.
What I would like to wear and am trying to lose weight for (trying to get down to a size 10-8) is really girlie and pastel, that looks so delicate that is looks like it should belong on a princess or china doll (think bows, lace, silk, chiffon, frills ) . I love japanese and korean fashion and plan to have a massive yesstyle.com haul once I have lost the weight.
Re: What's Your Style?
I prefer simple style, such as basic styles. They are so sexy for summer days. Like I find many from nextshe.

Re: What's Your Style?
I also dress different than I like, because to change my entire wardrobe would just be too expensive
I'm mostly a v-neck and jeans kinda girl, but I don't feel entirely comfortable and I always feel too dressed down tbh. My dream closet would consist of black/white/gray with some burgundy, navy, and plum thrown in there. I like crop tops and high waisted jeans, but I don't always feel comfortable in them. I love slouchy t-shirts, crewnecks, and hoodies for casual days (esp. with sporty logos like nike and addidas) paired with light/medium wash skinny jeans or shorts and LEGGINGS, I love leggings with all my heart. I also love my converse and vans and my combat boots.
On a day where i'm feeling more adventurous/dressy I like black t-shirt dresses with ankle boots, or black high waisted jeans and crop tops, and on colder days I like cropped sweaters with skater skirts. I also love the look of those AA tennis skirts.
I only like dainty gold and silver jewelry, no statement necklaces for me please!
Loved reading these ladies!
