LOL When she goes into actual labor she's going to be tweeting that we made her have her baby early or something.. she's to damn stupid and ignorant to understand that a baby needs healthy things and not just mac and cheese. And if she knew blood pressure was high from the start she should have been twice more carefully with her intake for the baby's health. How stupid can you be...

It makes me so mad when she eats bad food and then tweets "Elijah is a happy baby!". He won't be happy when he gets diabetes or has to be hospitalized.

Hahahhah after all day yesterday with the bitching that her diet had nothing to do with it...suddenly she has seen the light. Someone finally googled and realized they were being dumb as a rock. I bet it was daniel. She is so entertaining in her stupidity.

Exactly! I think this might be the first time I've seen her admit we were right. I hope she follows through with it. For some reason I doubt it was Daniel since he was being such a hard headed asshat yesterday. Who knows with those two though.

I also find it interesting that she admitted that her dad was on a strict diet because of his BP. So she can't say she had no idea that her diet was a factor.

Um. K. Don't eat red meat. I've seen Ashley and a few others try to politely help her numerous times and every time she has an excuse. I commend them on their patience lol. Sad when people genuinely try to help her out and she still just can't accept that she's wrong

Causes of high blood pressure include:

Smoking
Being overweight or obese
Lack of physical activity
Too much salt in the diet
Too much alcohol consumption (more than 1 to 2 drinks per day)
Stress
Older age
Genetics
Family history of high blood pressure
Chronic kidney disease
Adrenal and thyroid disorders

Basically, it's mostly preventable and I'm pretty sure a couple of those don't even apply to her so... yeah. Eat less salt and move more.
