Maureen. As a psychologist I urge you to get some professional counseling. Many schools offer low sliding rates and many therapists and interns will do free counseling.

It is obvious to me that you are lonely and so desperate for attention that you are willing to marry a guy that doesn't care for you, create fake accounts, and maybe even fake cancer.
