I'm sure she's getting offers left and right. And I have no idea what her financial situation is. I'm a beauty blogger and I get offers a lot that don't fit in with my website or my interests so I reject them. Its kind of jarring to see the heavily sponsored vids though, but who knows...its just my opinion. I think she could be a bit more discerning though so it fits in with her channel.

she lives in Romania and someone with 20k subscribers would get twice/3 times the country's monthly minimum wage per month just as a youtbe paycheck, so I think she's doing well with half a million subscribers...

I love her video tutorials, I like how she uses music instead of voice over or talking through the video (so many other people do that, this is a nice change). It makes her tutorials very straight to the point and not dragged out like some other gurus do.

I am a huge fan of her! She truly takes the time to ensure she has good lighting and good makeup application technique, every single one of her tutorials are done well and even during the period where she had an eye infection and was uploading old footage the videos turned out great. Most other beauty gurus would upload videos containing footage they weren't happy with just to post something during a time when they would be recovering from an illness.

I love the looks she does! She doesn't cake on the foundation and especially the concealer, blush and bronzer! She only countours her cheeks a little bit, no nose, forehead or jaw contour. She uses mostly sheer foundations because she said she doesn't want to cover her freckles. She's a breath of fresh air imo.

I really love Diana, I think her personality is just wonderful and I'm glad she decided to do more talking videos, despite the fact she's a bit awkward and can't find her words sometimes. Her makeup looks are incredibly beautiful and I like that she doesn't, I don't know, try to push a certain agenda down her viewer's throats. I feel like she honestly loves doing these videos and that's always nice to watch. Plus her cat is adorable.

I thought her last vlog was filmed nice- Amsterdam and Iceland are such beautiful places and the scenery was wonderful. However, I was a bit distracted how large parts of the video were focused on her walking instead of filming the scenery. The voiceover was painful too, she kept struggling and most of the sentences were "ummmm," "so yeeeah.." "and uh.." Yes, a voiceover for a vlog like this is necessary, but she could've had something ready beforehand since it IS a voiceover and can be edited as needed, but all the filler words were distracting and got a bit annoying. Just my two cents.

I'm all for natural makeup, but Jesus Christ, she gets zero coverage when she applies her foundation. Like, none. It's pointless if you're going to wear foundation that doesn't make even the slightest difference in how your skin looks. She might as well not even wear any, which, by the way, is totally fine. I just don't understand why someone would waste money on a product they barely use.

Well English isn't her first language so I understand why she struggles with finding the right words in her voiceovers but as kuchikopi said, she could try having a script or something ready beforehand. I don't mind her "ummm" or "and uh, so yeah" but it seems a lot of people do have a problem with it, so she could easily fix it.

actually i don't mind it either, fake ass read voiceovers would be worse imo

about the foundation: i don't think she spends on makeup in general, she is sent looaaads of stuff. or was it a haul video she talked about foundations? (I don't watch all her videos)

The one thing that bothers me about her is that she cannot take criticism AT ALL. You could word it in the nicest way possible and she would still reply in a condescending/rude/defensive way. For example, on her prom make-up video, someone suggested a fuller coverage foundation and bolder contour since it's prom and she replied something along the lines "She likes it that way too and it's not like she's going to prom anyway so it doesn't matter". That, to me, is not acceptable. Just because her model is not going to prom, it doesn't mean she can do a half ass job on her make-up. What I got out of that is that she wouldn't wear that look to prom, so why is she recommending it to her viewers?!
