It's bothering me too! I mean no disrespect, but I'm getting SO annoyed by this pastel trend right now. It's like "edgy lite" to me, if you understand what I mean. I feel like these gurus doing the pastel thing want to be "edgy", but not TOO edgy -- not enough that they'd look like an alt pin-up model or something. Gotta stay relevant to their tween audience.

I'm a fan of unnatural hair colors, but I've always felt like that's the kind of thing you either do proudly and boldly (fire engine red, teal, fuchsia) or not at all.
