What time do you go to sleep?

I usually go to sleep around 12-1AM on a regular day.

I try to get in bed before midnight but no matter what time I go to bed, I usually still can't actually fall asleep until past 3am.

LOL. Good to know I'm not the only who doesn't fall asleep until 3 AM (and I probably only get about 3 hours of sleep at most at night). My sleeping patterns are extremely bad.

I go to bed around 12AM-1AM, but don't get to sleep usually until 2. If it's an odd weekend when I have the house to myself or something then usually around 4AM.

I have a lot of fatigue-inducing health problems so I have to get as much sleep as possible or I'll crash. If I'm being stupid doing an assignment the night before it's due, I'll go to bed at 1-2, but I only ever do that when I'm really desperate so usually 10-11pm for me

Anywhere between 2 - 7 am really. Lately I'm forcing myself to go to bed around 2:30 am, but before that it was usually between 6 - 7 am.

I get up for work at 4am Mon-Fri and 5am on Sat, so generally before 1030 every night beside Saturday night. I am only off Sun -_-

I sleep for shit. Anywhere from midnight or around 2am. Wake up at 7am. But I suffer from insomnia so at times no sleep.
