She must be so in love that she wants to live with Jason. Maybe thats why she wasnt doing a house tour cause she knew shed move again.

I wouldn't give a mortgage to someone who earns money off YouTube. It's not really guaranteed income unless she can pay the house back in 5 years

You guys are so late. I knew where she lived. If you go back a few pages I've stated how much she earns already. Maybe she's moving because people have found her address? Or has found somewhere cheaper?

You have to pay rent for the length of the contract whether you actually live in the property or not but sometimes a landlord will let you break the contract and move out provided someone else moves in as you leave so they don't end up out of pocket. So maybe she wants to move and it's in her interest to get someone to rent it otherwise she'll be paying rent on 2 properties

She couldn't have bought the property as a mortgage lender cannot lend money to people with an unstable income aka YouTube. IF she bought it she would have had to pay cash up front which I doubt she did.
