I have seen "hacks" at Chic Fil A where you make a grilled chicken salad. She could have tried that!

1. She says that WW works but it has never worked for her. She can absolutely say that WW works once she loses the weight, and it stays off.

i'm so confused, did she just drive around all day and go back to back fast food places? Maybe I missed where she explained what she did in between. The only thing I caught was getting her nails done, but that takes what, an hour or so? This was such a strange concept. I really do think she was trolling.

So what? Grow up. Learn to cope.

If you want to lose a significant amount of weight, you have to count calories. It is what it is.

I also call BS, because publicly announcing weight loss surgery and making weight loss content seems way more triggering than plugging your lunch calories into an app on your phone in private.
