Questions about diet

Hello,
I first started working out mid 2022 I’d say, and i got pretty deep into it but never serious about my diet, so i put on about 40 pounds but it certainly wasn’t all muscle, i just ate, a lot. For about a week now ive been back in the gym after many struggles causing me to lose weight and get back in what seems like square one however its not, i still have mass i definitely did NOT have back in 2022. But all that said, im eating more seriously, however im pretty skinny (6’3 ~150lbs) and after eating well all day ill occasionally have 3 or 4 golden oreos bc they’re my guilt food. i’m just wondering as a semi skinny kid all my life if i eat my protein and don’t eat junk all day if ill maintain my somewhat lean body while putting on muscle IF i end some nights off with a very minimal amount of junk food or so, kind of like a lean bulk.

Don't worry too much. If 90-95% of your diet is whole, nutritious foods, a few Oreos at the end of the day will NOT ruin your results.
