Re: Kaur Beauty | Part 2
People really impress me with their detective skills. If I were her, I would have just be transparent about everything that happened.

Re: Kaur Beauty | Part 2
I totally forgot about this girl until one of her tiktoks popped up on my FYP. She DEFINITELY lurks here because her latest tiktok is a direct reply to some of the comments on the first thread from a couple years back lol. Apparently she has matured, realized she looks good in "modest" clothing, and has outgrown the fast fashion... all while wearing fast fashion. Wtf is that horrendous, ill-fitting black blazer with the see-through sleeves? It's so crazy seeing the kind of tiktoks she makes. She's a whole doctor. What is she doing posting these cringy ass tiktoks all day? She hasn't learned her lesson? I still don't buy her matching into derm right away.

Re: Kaur Beauty | Part 2
I think she did match but jumped through extra loopholes to keep it very private for some reason. I think her brother is also doing the same.
Also, I find it very interesting that many influencers are now preaching about "modesty." She obviously has the money to spend on high-quality clothing but, for some reason, always purchases the same fast-fashion items that look cheap and dated. I do not want to hate on her because I do think she has some good intentions and is clearly very smart, but I just wish that would reflect more in the quality of clothing and jewelry she chooses!
Also, does anyone know what happened between her brother Harman and Tristin Dhaliwal? Tristin confirmed they were dating and even posted a few pictures of them together, but now they have unfollowed each other, so I assume things ended!

Re: Kaur Beauty | Part 2
She just posted a video about why she deleted her content and then went on some tangent about why she didn't post her match results. Her explanations were pretty vague and generic, but I'm not buying the reason for the match day silence either. She said it was basically to prove a point about how toxic the medical community is about people not matching so she wanted it to be like a "gotcha" for everyone who thought she didn't match, as if she's standing in solidarity with people who go unmatched. On the surface, it sounds kinda noble, but it just sounds fake and manipulative coming from her. There are much more impactful ways to use your platform to expose the traumatic realities of going unmatched than just going silent to pretend you didn't match, like a stunt. It's giving when Tyra Banks would wear a fat suit for one day to see what it was like to be fat and then point the finger at everyone for being "fatphobic" to her as a way to raise awareness in a holier-than-thou way. And the fact that Puneet also thinks in that way tells me she's really only book smart and thinks about herself more than she thinks about the people she claims to be standing up for.
