I was curious about what others were saying on another forum, and they said the same thing.

Someone had mentioned this 2 months prior to her video being released:
“So sanne vloet sold programs centered around nutrition when her last period was last December?????”

“What a way to mislead (profit off of) your audience into thinking you have an ultra balanced and healthily sustainable lifestyle“

Reactions on her video (October 2023):
“Sanne Vloet (former Victoria Secret model) just posted a video about her weight gain journey to get back her period. I noticed that her journey resembles ED recovery very much, however I feel like due to the fact that she has a wellness image & business, she can't explicitly say "I had an eating disorder". She has a libraryyyy of "what I eat in a day" videos that would be invalid as advice.
Then we come to present day where she's trying to gain weight to get her period back. I find it interesting she keeps saying that she has a low body fat percentage and she wants to increase that, so what she's going to do is build muscle and increase protein. Like what??? It's like the whole "it's only okay to gain weight if the weight is muslce".

“Yeah that part was my number one issue with her video! Building muscle is obviously good, but that's not the issue here?!”

So, I stumbled upon this forum discussing Sanne Vloet, and I have some thoughts to contribute! I find it absolutely hilarious that her supposedly native language, Dutch (which happens to be my fourth language after Spanish, English and German), is just downright awful. Her writing skills are a disaster, and don't even get me started on her speaking abilities! Even someone like me, who hardly uses Dutch in their daily life, can notice how horrendous it is. It's like she's on a mission to butcher the language! I couldn't resist sharing this gem with you all since nobody else has mentioned it. Cheers to her language debacles!

Also, regarding her falling within the spectrum of eating disorders, orthorexia, and period loss, it's evident that food is a constant struggle for her. This is apparent in all her food-related videos and her "what I eat in a day" content, where she fails to convey the true extent of her struggle. It's disheartening when one cannot be transparent about such issues due to the pressure of selling products.




She still appears skinny to me, as this picture is quite recent, dated October 21, 2023. Sharing naked photos has become somewhat of a trend for her, and these images have been circulating online. It's likely that she will regret this decision if she decides to have children in the future, as they may face teasing during their puberty years. She continues to mention having a team now, which supposedly helped her regain her period, but let's be honest, she has had a team throughout her YouTube journey and her wellness, nutrition, and pilates business. It seems she's avoiding addressing the true cause of her problem.

She got greedy. Beyond greedy. I think probably pushed by her boyfriend, since (correct me if I’m wrong) Dutch people are not necessarily money hungry.

I went back to view her previous pictures; this specific one was taken three months ago, at the beginning of July 2023. and surprise, surprise, she magically looks the same now! Clearly, she thinks we're all idiots. Even if she gained a mere 10 pounds, it wouldn't even make a dent. It's as if she knew people were calling her out on her BS and just wanted to gauge their reactions. Talk about craving attention. Keep up the charade, sweetheart. We're all thoroughly entertained by your constant need for validation.

Like, sorry lady, but last time I checked, family doesn't come with a 30-day money back guarantee or an option to unsubscribe. OMG, guys, you won't believe the ridiculousness I just witnessed! So, we have this total bizarre-o person who thinks it's acceptable to create a whole video about weight gain. But wait for it, my friends—it's not just any video—it's a shameless plug for her drumroll fitness app! Isn't that just precious? I mean, talk about being completely disingenuous! She might as well have slapped us all in the face while flashing a huge billboard that reads, "I only care about making moola!" I can't even deal with this level of absurdity!

It's about time someone had the guts to call her out on her video. All those other comments are just nauseatingly sweet. It's obvious that they're either people who are blindly willing to accept her misguided advice because they're going through similar issues or clueless teens who have no idea what they're doing and are seeking her advice for something as serious as losing their periods. She clearly lacks the expertise and knowledge to accurately educate others on such crucial matters.

Sanne Vloet is such a stupid woman and so greedy. This time she is promoting the shady Betterhelp. They must pay her very well to promote them, she herself is very unethical, so I am not surprised. I see that people are not silent about it:

I wonder if they are now editing Sanne Vloet's photos and videos in post-production. I guess after all the criticism online about her weight and her business, she felt insecure. Considering how unethical she is, I wouldn't be surprised about Photoshop editing, video editing, and manipulation to look a certain way. Even on some other forum I just came across, they noticed the same thing we said here, and I couldn't agree more:

Seriously, who needs to empty their wallet when free recipes and Pilates videos are just a click away? This Sanne Vloet influencer is nothing more than a walking brand and business. Brothers Max and Joe Ando Hirsh have completely lost touch with each other. What could have happened? It's funny, turns out their mother put out four plates of dessert for their parents, Sanne and Max, on Christmas Eve. No Joe. So I guess everyone was right in assuming that Joe was in Europe but didn't attend Sanne and Max's wedding last summer. Maybe there's some kind of rivalry going on; Max really wanted to become an influencer, but Joe achieved it naturally and quickly. Haha, it seems absurd if that's the only reason for their lack of contact.
