does anyone else do 5 sets of 5 reps when they work with weights?

Yes, I have personally used the stronglifts 5x5 app. Saw really nice results in glute development. Have you begun it?

It is a good technique to get results fast.

I'm more of a 3 sets of 10 kind of person, but 5x5 is a classic strength training method.

Yeah, 5x5 is a classic routine for building strength. I've used it, and it's been effective for me.
