Rest after work
Hi all, I want to find a way to have a good rest after work. Often I come home from work, lie down on the sofa, and am back on the phone. My job involves communicating or otherwise providing support. How can you rest emotionally and physically?

Re: Rest after work
I love to put on some relaxing music, take a hot shower, and enjoy a treat
And so I cry sometimes when I'm lying in bed...Just to get it all out, what's in my head...And I, I am feeling a little peculiar...And so I wake in the morning and I step outside...And I take a deep breath and I get real high...And I scream from the top of my lungs..."What's going on?"...

Re: Rest after work
This is quite simple. After stressful working hours, you can hang out with friends, admire the scenery, go for a walk, listen to music, or simply lie on the bed to rest and relax with movies. In particular, try to keep a reasonable and balanced sleep time.

Re: Rest after work
One thing that helps me is setting aside some "me time" without screens. Maybe try reading a book, listening to music, or even going for a short walk. It's all about finding what relaxes you personally.
