I find really interesting at how she splurges 5k+ on a bag but when it comes to certain things she is really cheap. She probably think it is ok to buy Chanel cause she can resell later whereas if she get something that isn’t branded she won’t be able to recoup her money after.
Plus I also think she got addicted to doing videos and hauls for the views, she is trying hard to grow her channel.
Who knows she might be in debt but she will never come clean about it.

I find it funny how her followers complain about the Chanel price increase in the comments and someone explains it's because "some customers have spoiled the brand". I.e. non-rich/tacky people wear Chanel and Chanel wants to be more exclusive.

...Which might be true or not, but hunny, clown faced lipfiller-obsessed lumpy sugarbabies like Maria Draganova have hurt the brand. She's the poster child of what you're talking about! Anyone with eyes can see how tacky and decidedly not-actually-rich she is, but someone like her with some cash and no economic sense can buy a bunch of their bags instead of saving the money for their future (sugardaddies usually don't throw sugar at middle-aged women, so I don't see her lifestyle as sustainable).

Honestly, it's obvious to me her source of income is somehow sexwork-related (nothing wrong with that if it's what you want), but I am 100% convinced she doesn't talk about her job because it's shameful to her. And honestly, her empty personality, lifestyle and looks scream some variety of sugar baby/escort. There has never been even a HINT of where her money comes from in her videos or any mention of working, she deliberately hides that part of her life.

If I'm wrong and it's really the parents sending her money every month or whatever, then I just wonder what parents would pay someone thousands every month just to sit around in a small apartment all day and only shop and go out to eat. Massively wealthy parents might do such a thing easily, but she absolutely would brag about that sort of family/lifestyle, not hide it away.

I’ve seen her twice in Scalini with an older man who I’m pretty sure is not her father or family member. I could be wrong however. We weren’t sitting near them so I don’t know much else. He looked Middle Eastern/Lebanese. I don’t know what her father looks like to be fair, it could be him. I think it’s fair to assume at this point that there is no way she is spending 20-30K pcm of her own salary. You have to be a much bigger YouTube to make that much. I remember someone saying that Thomas Frank makes that much from YouTube alone but he’s got 2 mil subscriber and a sponsor for every video. I stood up for Maria previously but not anymore, it’s too obvious and she has provided no other explanation other than sugar daddy.

Let me tell you one thing real wealthy people never spend that much on designer yes maybe one or two items per year on luxury but normally they buy good quality practical goods. They neither show off their wealth or be extravagant. I watched a interview a while back of this man who was a multi millionaire and he said these designer brands target people who want to appear rich and status brand conscious

He was like LV don’t even specialise in travel suitcases as not their industry and their suitcases are not practical at all but ppl still buy to show they are rich same with these designers who started selling watches they don’t specialise in time pieces and made mass produced with same quality as normal watches just only add their brand and logo and luxury packaging.

I don’t know the case of Maria or these other youtubers as can’t speculate but you have to be real how many of these bags are you using regularly and most of them buy it for content on their videos we don’t know how much they actual use or return or buying it for someone else.

Even celebrities don’t even buy that much designer most of the items they wear on the red carpet are loaned. With Covid everyone is being sensible with their money as industries are drying up and workers refusing to work in some places it’s absolutely ridiculous buying a £4K jumper or scarf

This is so true! I know really rich people and when I went shopping with them, this one wealthy chick who even owns a boat [like a proper one with rooms inside] whenever she'd find something she'd like and as soon as she sees a logo on it she'd put it down because she hates things with logos and branding, a lot of real rich people are like that. It's always these Instagram influencers and YouTubers like Maria who's gotta flex every brand and some even look tacky. I remember there was this one Instagrammer who would constantly flex name brand stuff and she shows off by telling her followers that her parents sent her to some top university... I found that super weird because it's just an average Canadian university. Meanwhile there's this girl I know who's mother is some exec at a well known tech company and they live in a $16 million mansion [in it's own private area] goes to Columbia [where tuition is over 300k] and she never even bragged like that... The Instagram chick lives in an average neighbourhood like has neighbours on a street kind of home. So yes, it's always the wannabes who like to flex all these name brands and show off with every little thing.

I think she Buys for other people, she seemed frantically sourcing a particular chanel bag a few days on her Instagram, no doubt she probably got the details and got hold of it, shes must be constantly in touch with Sales Advisors and sellers to even get some limited edition bit of makeup. I reckon she probably gets paid a cut for buying the items or if its sold on to different buyers. It simply doesn’t work out to just keep on buying without no motive. Because even that gets boring after a while

Good questions, hmm maybe shes not using her real name , because there’s isn’t literally anything on her at all except social media. I started watching her around 2018 , I really liked her as she was just so daring to go in high end boutiques, film herself even for just trying on.. but now its just like out of control her spending habits are crazy, she must be addicted just buying goods, not sure why she lives in such a awkward shaped apartment, its nice enough but in Kingston she could do better, she doesn’t driver either always on trains or ubers. Once your in touch with Sales Advisors or sellers they do tend to contact you with new items or anything that might interest them, I don’t think she spends a very long time searching , but its taken up as her interests , what else must she do all day, she must get bombarded in her face the latest Chanel accessories or anything, by post email or whatever!
