Ugh, it's like when Donald Trump appointed a black surgeon general and his ppl were like "this means 100% that he's not racist," they cannot understand the concept of ulterior motives. Jeffy is the Trump of the makeup world, his supporters will back him through anything.exposer wrote: ↑Wed Feb 12, 2020 3:33 pmOf course Jeffree has to have his hand on the black man’s body and feature not one but two POC. “See he’s not racist!!”.
Imagine how uncomfortable it would be as a black model when the guy who called black people a ‘gorilla’ and rats only two years ago suggests he drapes his hand over you like you’re property..

I found this interesting. Boy actually used the eagle that Hitler personally designed and it looks NOTHING like the Roman eagle they claimed to have used. Gross to take your designs from the Nazis. I know a lot of celebs wore it at the time before it was cancelled, but Jeffree Star wore it after its scandal and judging by his comments he knew it was nazi af.

If you notice, only the outer packaging says Blood Lust. That can be done in a week.
There are also no shades called Blood almost but shades with Royalty in the name.
He even mentions Royal Blood in the video and says it was too "basic" or some shit.
Every single thing but the outer cardboard points to Royal. He is even sitting on a damn throne in his video. (Very fitting for Joffree)
So disappointed in the collection though. It feels rushed and all over the place. He could have used jewel tones, golds, silvers, PURPLES!!! Instead it is like a my little pony puked after too much Crown Royal.
Yeah is it possible the addition of the purple velvet was to cover up the original Royal Blood name? A carton can be made cheaply but if the packaging had the royal blood name emblazoned on it he might have quite literally covered up the name change.
I'd waste my money on the pallette to take my box cutter to it

The stans keep trying to deny Lipstick Nazi is Jeffree, but his Live Journal literally links to LipstickNazi in the main menu: https://jeffree-star.livejournal.com
I'm also posting an archive link here if it ever gets deleted: https://web.archive.org/web/20200213014 ... urnal.com/

If a color has too much grey or white in it, it can make darker skin tones look "ashy", meaning greyish and dry, chalky, dusty, like ashes look. The colors in this palette are nearly all too pastel, too light/chalky for darker skin tones.

Can the dark shadows at the ends of the palette help solve this issue?trash panda wrote: ↑Wed Feb 12, 2020 5:58 pmIf a color has too much grey or white in it, it can make darker skin tones look "ashy", meaning greyish and dry, chalky, dusty, like ashes look. In the simplest of terms it makes the skin look dry like how if a brown/dark skin woman wears a foundation shade too light for them. The joke is casket ready...
There is really no way to avoid this but to add dark pigmented shades. If shades are too light they will look "ashy" on darker toned skin.
If it ain’t about me let’s kiki

Honestly....I would totally do this. But from past experience I know ordering from him during a launch is a total panic inducing shit show and idk if I could deal with it.Melody7827 wrote: ↑Wed Feb 12, 2020 4:46 pm....Pok wrote: ↑Wed Feb 12, 2020 4:02 pmSlyfoxx wrote: ↑Wed Feb 12, 2020 10:11 amTouching on the whole Royal Blood thing, I am convinced it was originally named Royal Blood.

I apologize for the double post...
Just watched Jerry's IG story saying 90% were "gAgGiNg and LoVed It" and 10% wanted a "few" more purples.
I call bullshit and it is the other way around. Most are disappointed and a few ass lickers are "sobbing in the bathroom" lol
He did say his next palette will be what we expected this one to be. Dark, goth ect...
We shall see....

Oh no I'm aware. The pallettes I've purchased from him are ones I got a year after the hype died now. I've never been a buy on launch date makeup user. Not even for my faves. Though with the reception so far, I dint think BloodLust will sell out. Won't put it past jeff to say it sold out when it hasn't though
Besides the giving him money, I also dont want to wait for it. Or the high chance if it being lost in shipping
I'm tempted for though. I wanna see what's behind that velvet. And as CheesyBurd said- the stans losing their minds over that would be worth every penny

If a person has ugly thoughts, it begins to show on the face. And when that person has ugly thoughts every day, every week, every year, the face gets uglier and uglier until you can hardly bear to look at it.

Re: Jeffree Star: Lipstick Nazi with No Paparazzi - Part 17
Everyone is releasing way too much stuff. I unfollowed colourpop on instagram because they were releasing a new palette every week. Abh released 3 norvina palettes back to back basically a few days apart. There's just too much stuff and it's overwhelming. There's already millions of mascaras, and they all pretty much do the same thing and come in the same color.hooyah123 wrote: ↑Wed Feb 12, 2020 8:53 pmit never ends does it! y doesn't he just focus on the other stuff he wants to release like he was talking about mascara and stuff?Slyfoxx wrote: ↑Wed Feb 12, 2020 7:03 pmI apologize for the double post...

I checked the blue blood palette and it didn't have that many blues either, maybe the layout of the blood lust is what's confusing people? Can someone post a rectangular style of blood lust to see where we're at?

I disagree. 12/18 shades in Blue Blood are either blues, aquamarines, teals or bluish greens. It’s a pretty cohesive blue palette with some peachy nudes for base and blending. Not that I’m a fan of Jeffree’s shadows (I find them pretty chalky), but Blood Lust color story is significantly more discordant, much as it was the case with Conspiracy.

Good to see Jeffree and his stans getting bashed all over the Internet today
